MakeMyTrip India — Gift Card Redemption

I recently added gift cards to my make my trip account but I am not able to use them for my flight bookings. As far as I can understand, the gift cards are to be added into my account and when I reach the payment page the option for adding the gift card has to be clicked. But the option for paying with gift card doesn't show at all. I tried a while ago as well for a previous booking and at that point it said something like it can't be used. The gift vouchers were received recently so they haven't expired. Please revert as soon as possible.
