MakeMyTrip India — Gift card validation

I have Makemytrip holiday gift vouchers worth Rs.180000/- and during the booking I was not able to complete. Later these were showing as expired. I have requested call centre for revalidation of these but they denied and there is no reply from MMT grievance cell.

I am a MMTBLACK member and still not able to get the solution. How other consumers get solution is umimaginable?
