Hi,
I had booked a hotel from 22nd July to 26th July in Mandakini palace kanpur .

For the particular booking when reached to hotel, came to know there I no rooms available and for this I had not have any confirmation.
For this when I called up at MMT customer care number, first it was committed to resolve the matter in 15 minutes by Mr shrimat sharma and asked to wait.
I was waiting at the same reception for an hour and felt very embarrassing as the receptionist denied to take me in and I was waiting there.
It’s already 2 hours passed and no one called me and till now I called up 3 times and they now kept my phone on hold for 15 minutes every time and no one called me back.
Am homeless in kanpur and not having any space to stay.
This kind of service and response is highly pathetic.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve immediately before the day pass.
