I had an hotel booking with make my trip but at the day of check in the hotelier denied my booking stating they are having some issue with make my trip as they are not realeasing their payments but what can i do in that. When i informed about this to the make my trip by several calls they promised me to shift my booking with the same amount with other hotel but lastly after waiting on road for 3hours nearly they were arguing there is no other hotel rooms available!! Excuse me are you kidding when i open your app thousands of hotel nearby with room availability is showing i said now arguments started lastly after waiting on road like dogs they initatied my refund which i'll get after some days this service is not acceptable at all. I'll suggest to not take this kind of platform to book any hotels or flights especially international because i faced domestic booking issue if you book international then you are dead meat. Nothing is acceptable not the hotelier behaviour neither make my trip behavior. Btw hotel name is inchara hotel in bangalore.

    Sir/madam,

    After searching the mmt customer care contact from google, igot call from mmt regarding promocode offer for new customer for mmt bus booking.

    I received call from mmt,

    Rahul (Fraud) sent me
    Sms from [protected],
    And told to fwd on number he provided [protected], [protected]

    I called on number [protected], that is in google,
    Rahul called back me from number
    [protected]
    [protected]
    [protected]

    I got sms from sbi : ' your account debited 9400.00 date[protected]:56:22
    Ref no.:[protected]

    Please contact me on [protected]/[protected].

    Also i complained in cybercrime help and my nearest thana new ashok nagar, but i became very very disappoint from their response.

    Also i talked from sbi customer care after that mmt customer and others but all disconnecting my call.

    Kindly take action asap so that other person not face such type problem.

      I had book 2 international holiday package from makemytrip to singapore.
      Our flight got cancelled due to rains and airlines gave us alternative flight
      But makemytrip didn't change our hotel booking.
      Infact they cancelled our entire stay at hotel and booked only for 1 night though our booking was for 3 nights.
      Hotel refunded the amount to mmt but they are denying. Mmt told us there are no rooms for the revised dates though we book from their app itself for the revised dates.
      Make my trip cheat people by taking money.
      I want to take legal action against them.
      I hope my problem is resolved.

        I booked oyo hotel in madikeri. But it has redirected automatically to shimla hotel. Immedietly i called makemytrip customer care and asked to cancel the booking. They are saying you book another hotel in makemytrip, then we will cancel the booking my booking. Id: nh[protected]. They theft my money without cancel. The cancel booking option is not working i

          On 12th july 2019 i booked a return ticket from delhi chennai, from 19th july and return on 20th which i immediately got changed to 21st but it was not reflecting in my make my trip ticket. I called on 19th morning to confirm the same and i was given the assurance that my return ticket is confirmed for 21st from chennai.

          However, when i reached the airport. I learnt that my ticket of 19th july was cancelled by make my trip people. I kept calling make my trip customer care but it was all futile.

          Finally i had to buy a fresh ticket for rs.12448/- at the airport. The mmt app is still showing delhi chennai return ticket but when i open it only shows the 21st ticket.

          I want refund for the rs. 12448 that i had to pay extra due to make my trip system or executive glitch.

            For the first time i booked my international flight ticket via makemytrip (Booking id: nn[protected]. At the time of booking below is flight itinerary information i received via makemytrip (Changeover time is 2h30min).
            Ai-543 hyderabad (09:45, 24 july) to delhi (12:20, 24 july)
            Ai-167 delhi (14:50, 24 july) to stockholm (18:40, 24 july)

            On july 2nd, below is flight itinerary information i received via makemytrip (Changeover time is 5min)
            Ai-543 hyderabad (09:45, 24 july) to delhi (12:20, 24 july)
            Ai-167 delhi (12:25, 24 july) to stockholm (18:40, 24 july)

            Thus i requested for schedule change for domestic flight. Below is flight itinerary information i received via makemytrip (Changeover time is 3h25min).

            Only july 19th, i received following updated flight information from makemytrip (Changeover time is 5h50min).
            Ai-559 hyderabad (06:45, 24 july) to delhi (09:00, 24 july)
            Ai-167 delhi (14:50, 24 july) to stockholm (18:40, 24 july)

            I am psychologically disturbed and extremely dissatisfied with the customer support i received from makemytrip on july 19th.

              Today i have booked one way trip ie, kolkata-guwahati for 3 adult 2 child for a journey on 22nd july 2019. However, it is surprise that no ticket has been recieve from my mobile nor from my email. Kindly let me know as early as possible as i have to book for my jouney before it is too late.

                Booked singapore package via makemytrip for that flight had been booked by makemytrip from jetairways airline for 13th may and 18th may. After the jetairways airline debacle, mmt cancelled the flight and refund of the same still pending from makemytrip. My booking id in1b[protected]. I booked the package from mmt, if refund is pending from jetairways the its not my responsibility. Mmt should return my amount immediately as mmt booked all the packages.

                  Hi,
                  I made a booking from aurangabad to mumbai for 18th august, today morning.
                  I had selected all the filters appropriately (Screenshot attached). But booking was made for 18th jul.
                  Pfa attached screenshot for the same. There must be a bug in the app. When i cancelled it, they charged me around rs. 400/-
                  Kindly help me with this to get back my refund.

                  I had booked the one way trip srinagar to chennai on 31 aug 2019 from make my trip, at the I applied the coupon code FLYMON I got 750 rupees cash pack . They said after 7 working the cash pack received will be your account but 10 days goes the cash pack not comes on my account still now

                    The transaction was successful on google pay and my account got debited from my account but on makemytrip the transaction was failed.

                    The booking is not done so request to return the amount as soon as possible.

                      Sub: make my trip - booked hotels - unable to stayed - refund initiation - not prompt respond from mmt - request-reg.

                      According to above bookings we booked the suits & some rooms for an 2-5 days period period @ hotel golden tower & hotel viha inn serviced apartment, kumbakonam, tamilnadu within near my native place on last 20/06/2019 as total amount of rs. 18394/- (Rs. 11224+ rs. 7170) in the name of mr. Senthil baskaran mail i'd : senthil. [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Whenever come for stay on 19/06/2019 unfortunately we met an our cab accident & hospitalized. Hence we unable to check in that rooms as well as unable to inform this incident to the both hotels. Meantime above whole booking periods nobody were call or confirm from the both two hotels side of management & as well as m/s make my trip management too..

                      After discharged from hospital only we proceeds for refund process.

                      I try to you in last more than ten days wide your customercare numbers [protected],[protected], but nobody respond clearly, executive mr. Pradeek on 12/07/19 16:46 hrs (18:45 mins. Duration), executive mr. Sammer on 13/07/19 16:51 hrs (08:45 mins. Duration), executive mr. Shubham on today _16/07/19 14:25 hrs (24:04 mins. Duration) & at last supervisor mr. Sheeran on today_16/07/19 18:57 hrs (17:36 mins. Duration).. All r not ready to catch my request & simply try to closed or diverted my call & nobody to hear my request.

                      By both two hotel (Golden tower_mayiladuthurai & viha inn serviced apartment _ kumbakonam) managements were confirmed as nobody stayed that ur booking period & also as we are unable refund you & the actual online payment having only makemytrip management & they only able to paid the same.

                      If any privacy policy can be reason for delay in refund, i humbly request to you kindly sanctioned the refund in special case for our side (We unfortunately met the accident & same moment the all suits & rooms were not occupied in entire period by us)., so that kindly transferred the total amount of rs. 18394/- in immediate basis without the further delay.

                      Important notes for myself:

                      * my first relationship with mmr started by june'2012 for an honeymoon trip (Chennai_new delhi_shimla_kullu manali_chandigarh_new delhi_chennai) worth of around ₹1.2 lakh..in before 7 years period.
                      *for these approx seven years, i prefer mmr only when ever, we go for out of station.

                      As well as still i recommend mmr only for my friends / relatives..

                      *even though this refund crisis moment also, i want try to get the make my trip _ signature credit card against my new icici current opening account.. If you doubt, you may confirmed with your credit card officers, whoever discussed prior in last week before with me regarding signature credit card.

                      So once again i cordially request to refund aforesaid amount ₹ 18394/- without in further delay. And granted me a chance to make still best customer for your make my trip concern..

                        All my efforts to get the cancellation amount pertaining to Jet airways ticket cancelled on 18th April has yielded no result. The customer care team, supposedly dedicated for Jet airways, is impossible to reach. First, they take a good amount of time to locate the booking details and then keep transferring endless time for the right team. After multiple efforts, this team for jet airways ticket refund either hang the phone or do not respond to call to get disconnected. I see it very deliberate design to harass the customer. Even if I could reach they just ask for wait for some more time, as they are yet to get a refund from the jet airways. I do not understand why they are not paying and making customer party in their transaction with the airline?

                        Their latest email reply of 10th July is following

                        ""Dear Customer,
                        MakeMyTrip submitted the refund claim for all our customers to Jet Airways in May 2019 and we have been closely following up ever since. Recently, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has accepted insolvency petition under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 from certain lenders of Jet Airways and MakeMyTrip has filed all details of customer claims due from Jet Airways with NCLT as per the prescribed process. As a result, any refunds (full or partial) will now get processed as per the directions of the NCLT.

                        This email is to keep you informed of the latest developments on pending refunds from Jet Airways and we shall keep sharing updates as the matter progresses

                        No one in the company is bothered to resolve this issue. Why are they making a customer party of their responsibilities and accountability? It was never told or clarified at the time of booking tickets that if an airline gets into troubled the customer has to wait for airlines to payback. I had booked my ticket in Dec 2108 and cancelled the ticket on 18th April but they send email like this on 8th

                        Aghast to get such a reply when the actual cancellation date was 18th April.
                        MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Same is the case with me. Why end customer has to wait for the refund. We paid to makemytrip and not jet airways, else we would have booked directly through jet airways. Makemytrip is responsible to pay passengers back in case something goes wrong with airlines. Makemytrip should settle its dues with Jet airways. Why harass passengers and keep them waiting till Jet settle its dues.
                        I have close to 1L stuck in there. Booking tickets again hoping that refund will arrive soon has led me crippling debts. MMT has been parroting that NCLT has to take care of this issue. They have also bothered to not respond to my complaint. They have been telling me wait until July then September, now its already November and it seems like the money will never get refunded. I have also no idea how NCLT would go on about resolving this issue and what insolvency means for our refund. I wish to know if as a normal citizen what can be done to get this sorted.

                          Someone has booked a ticket from the wallet amount of MakeMyTrip . I have not got any email or anything. I logged in today to book ticket and found that it has been used by someone. Is this the hoax that MakeMyTrip is running. No help from customer care. The person has also travelled so a fraud has been travelling freely because of inability and insecure systsems of MakeMyTrip. No help no response from company. 5504 RS has been stolen

                            It's very unfortunate after being subjugated to endless troubles & sufferings for 18 long hours and leaving us stranded on isolated road in the midst of night, an unfair and forced resolution is being enforced...

                            Let me remind you we had made reservation for 3 nights by paying rs 2390 in total...
                            2000 via coupon and 390 via debit card which you seem to be confused with...
                            Due to your support team's blatant lyings and continuous misleadings we were compelled to book an alternate just for a day to take some rest since we were stranded on road throughout the night & at the most notorious places of eastern india where anything could have happened to us specifically to my colleague who's a female and has been suffering from migraine...

                            There was no option left to us other than walking up to the police station to file an fir cuz we were very clearly cheated by the duping masterminds of mmt who gave us fake assurances about the resolution being delivered within 15 minutes which couldn't happen even after the passage of 18 hours altogether, we had call recordings of all the duplicitous assurances given by duping masterminds of mmt and fake support, a substantial proof to drag you to the law but unfortunately our phone batteries were exhausted leaving us handcuffed..

                            So we spent whole night on a railway platform as that seemed to be the only safe places to spend the night of sufferings, we could not even book an alternate property as no one who ever the hoteliers we spoke with were ready to provide us check-in at that time as it was already 2:00 am

                            Had registered our complaint with your fake customer services at around 3:00 pm on 11th of july and there was no news about the whereabouts of cheating masterminds of mmt till 8:30 am of july 12th... Hence we booked a nearby property only for 1 night (From 12-13 july) with the intent that we shall get a permanent resolution at least now with fair compensation of all we spent during the course of misleadings...

                            But alas! No one came to our rescue and the one who came has eloped from the scene which is highly unacceptable...

                            You are answerable for everything, the apathies we encountered, the sufferings we bore and the risk we faced, everything has to be justified by your fake management and a fair resolution besides compensation has to be paid lest have to get prepared for legal proceedings...

                            Unbelievable... Have lost the complete trust and reliability on you now...

                            Couldn't even believe for a moment that mmt is maintaining such kinda duping and cheating standard.. Horrible

                            I want your management to intervene and not to try evade as it shall lead to the complications...

                            This is a clear duping...

                            Snapping my all sorts of ties with you now...

                                Recently i booked hotel on mmt. Service was horrible.. Without any further due i decided to delete my account rather than making issue of it.. So i sent an email to mmt privacy email to delete my account.in return they asked me to send photo id to delete my account. I've sent an email through mmt account verified email id, if they have any questions or problems they should call be on registered phone number to cross check.. Why should i give my valuable id proof to some x person who i don't even know? As a consumer i should have right to delete my account on my own and there is no such option. You should mention on sign up page that there is no delete option or in privacy policy (Just mentioned as send email to x email to delete account). They failed to provide proper service and information before and after signing up.

                                I'm not willing to submit my photo id at any cost. And i don't want to be a part of mmt users directory.

                                Kindly delete the account from your database.

MMT asked for booking details instead of ID proof, why don't they just give multiple options to verify customer identity?? why don't they give customer an option to delete their account directly from their settings page without any hassle??

                                I have book my tickets on 27 May 2019 at that time mmt gives the offer on total package 10% cash back .which is not received they have clearly mentioned you get your cash back in 60 days but I will not get yet

                                  I accidentally created 2 accounts in mmt. I was actually unknown about my first account created using my email. Then I attempted creating an account using my mobile number. Then I could find that my email was earlier registered while verification. Hence now I am having 2 accounts one with my number and other with my email. I want to delete my account registered with email so that I can register my email in the account created using mobile number. I could see any option to delete the account. Please help me with this issue.

                                    My booking id is NH[protected]. I booked hotel for 2 nights and 3 people for rs.14075 but when the final reciept came it shows booking for only 2 persons and when i contact make my trip, they say they will send the case to higher authorities and give 24 hrs time frame in which they just close the case without solving it. I have been trying to solve this since 3 days
                                    but i dont see it going anywhere.

                                      I was trying to book a ticket for a train but my booing was canceled. The same thing has occurred for 4 times and so in total, 425*3+790=2065rs has deducted from my bank account. So kindly give the refund as soon as possible. It is humble request.
