Dear team,

Mmt booking id is : nn[protected]

This is to state that i had booked jetairways flight from mmt for my wife on 11th april, 2019 connecting delhi to stuttgart (Germany). As soon as i got to know about jetairways has suspended all its flight, i cancelled my booking on 19th of april, 2019.

Since then i am asking mmt about refund as it is their policy to initiate the refund to the customer. But they are not taking any action against it. Instead, they put call on hold every time or disconnected. Looks like they are not willing to pay.

Even on the mails, they sometimes respond like "your refund request is in progress" or sometimes "you have not initiated a refund".

We are currently in germany, and its very hard to connect to them. We already spent lot of money while calling them, also sent an email to the directors, but they never gave the resolution.
Hence request you people to please keep this under your notice and take necessary action against this fraud. I am attaching all evidence of the actual conversation between me, mmt and jetairways. Please consider.

    not received gst invoice against my hotel booking

    During my hotel booking i submitted my gst no . After check out till date i not received gst invoice after several followed up .
    One booking at hotel " the tubki resort ", goa . Check out 7 th june.( booking id nh[protected]
    another booking at hotel mahalaxmi indo myanmar, guwahati . Check out 22 nd june. Booking id - nh[protected].

    Customer care person akash told me today not possible to give you gst bill.br...

    As you know 18th may 19, 01: 05 flight g8-346 - bom to del flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to technical problems (They change the flight) & cause of that we two passenger (Sachin ghadge tickets via make my trip (Pnr no - d4pkgc) missed the connecting flights to srinagar.

    Also all the hotel bookings of srinagar got messed up due to delay of bom to del flight.
    For this go air has to compensate me sachin ghadge hole tickets cost of bom to del & del to sxr. And this compensation has been promised by your delhi airport deputy manager ankush kakkar also after two hrs of discussion.
    Even after go air delhi counter guys make us wait & suffer for more than 2 hrs for this commitment.
    So you also don't do same!
    And compensate us as soon as possible.

      We made online booking with make my trip (Mmt) booking id nl[protected] for a family trip to bhutan from may 13th-may 20th 2019. The booking was done in april 2019 and payments were made online thru links provided by mmt at regular intervals. This was for our family trip to bhutan which included 9 members. All requested details like name, sex, age, address of all passengers along with copies of pages of passport were sent at booking time to mmt by email/whatsapp. Despite sending the details mmt goofed up in the air ticket booking for one of the passengers mr. Ravi ramachandran whose sex was declared as "female" by mmt in the ticket. When this error was brought to their notice, they demanded an extra payment of rs. 3150/- to rectify the error, this despite no fault from our side. We had no alternative but to pay up since the tickets were provided just 2 days before our trip start date.
      We have complained to mmt customer support and the matter is yet to be resolved. We were promised refund of the extra money of rs. 3500/- but it is over a month and we just keep receiving automated mails that the matter is under review and a resolution will be in place. Attached is copy of the detail document sent by mmt to us on 10th may 2019, wherein it clearly mentions the passenger as "ms. Ravi k ramachandran" and sex as "female". Also, attached is the receipt of rs. 3150/- paid to mmt for making the correction.

        To make my trip

        Booking reference # nl[protected]

        My name is shilpi and booked tour package on 20th-may-19 from delhi-spain-delhi for dates 22nd june'19 - 29th june'19.

        For all the visa assistance, air tickets and hotels they charged approx rs. 2.67 lakhs for 2 pax.

        I got my visa valid from 23rd june'19 whereas the flight ticket was booked by make my trip for 22nd june'19 from delhi to madrid (Spain).

        I was not allowed to board the flight because the visa was applicable from 23rd june instead of 22nd june. The difference of 1 day has ruined this travel.

        From the airport i called the emergency number of make my trip visa assistance team & also sonali gomes but it was switched off.

        Thereupon, i called relationship manager (Vibha) for help and she said will call me back in 10 minutes, i kept calling her but no reply.

        Since 22nd june'19 i have been calling n number of times for the assistance and help but the staff of make my trip were so unprofessional and lame.

        A person take services from a travel agent to have a hassle free trip but make my trip has created lots of hassles in this trip because they never asked for a visa copy otherwise i could have got the visa date corrected.
        Being a travel agent, they should have asked me for a visa copy.

        Their mismanagement has lead dissatisfaction for me and my son as they have completely spoiled my summer vacations.

        As my vacations are devastated only because of neglegency and irresponsible behavior of make my trip i want to give following options:

        1) make my trip should accommodate my travel in next trip as per my convenient dates

        2) refund my money completely

          I have booked a ticket on 8th july(booking id - NN[protected]. Later i tried to change the date to 5th july(i am okay to travel on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th july anyday). I recieved a whatsapp communication from make trip that date change amendment is succeful. But after waiting 3 to 4 days, i didnt got my ticket. I raised a ticket with make my trip(reference number[protected]. They told me it will be solved, but there are some issues and all.In the last communication with make my trip they told they will communicate with airlines and see what they can do. Please solve this issue as fast as you can. I still have belief in make my trip.

            I had booked a cab two - way from kavalabyrasandra, bangalore to srirangapatna at 0600 hrs on 22nd june 2019.
            My booking number is nc[protected], driver was yogesh. H. S., cab number ka 51
            Ab 1062

            We completed the trip at 1715hrs and the driver said that we had exceeded the 266kms limit by 25kms and charged excess of ₹250. Even after he was given a tip of ₹100.
            Whereas the message we received much later clearly said that we had to pay only ₹42 for excess of 4kms.

            Kindly look into the matter so that our faith in mmt is not shaken, and others are not cheated by such drivers.

              Hi everyone,
              I booked flight through make my trip portal for my parents abroad vacation but since jet airways went bankrupt, my flight got cancelled. I immediately applied for refund for the same but after approx 2.5 months i haven't received any refund yet nor have received any communication from mmt regarding this. I have mailed them many times but always received a computer generated mail of going from one page to another. This is making me more insane.

                This is regarding my booking id nn[protected] of jet airways flight ticket for mumbai to singapore and return.
                As jet stopped operation in april. I was informed that my flight ticket was cancelled. I had immediately initiated my complaint on 17th april'19. I had to book another ticket in place of this since i was given assurance of refund at the earliest.
                It has been more than 2 months now but i have not received the ticket refund which is around inr 50, 000. Whenever i reach make my trip they tell the status is in process. They are telling the same from last 2 months. Jet airways sla for refund was 45 days it has been more than 60 days for my ticket refunds. Which should have been refunded by them. I asked them for the escalation mails or the communication they have sent to jet airways regarding my booking to which also they have not provided the details. I am now since last two weeks not able to connect to makemytrip customer support as well. They disconnect the call as soon as the line gets connect to a specialist. As a middle class person inr 50, 000 makes a lot of money. Please help me in this..

                It is now 7 days pass the revert from mmt but still there is no action or call from mmt side.. My money is still stuck up and i feel now i need to go to consumer court for the refund as MakeMyTrip is least bother in refunding the money..

                  I booked a multicity flight itinerary no inib[protected] and cancelled this because of jet airways cancelled flights as it involved two flights of this airways with cancellation confirmation no inr[protected] dated 17/4/19. Initially mmt sent one or two mails of acknowledging this and status info but after that they are silent.
                  Even i am not able to contact them because that it is not coming in my account, not showing my cancelled info, even they don't have any mail contact link. Even they have not refunded the amount of third flight which was of all nipon airlines,. Please help.

                    I have booked one flight on 20.06.2019 through Makemytrip as per following details:

                    Sector: From Visakhapatnam to Kolkata
                    Date : 02.08.2019
                    Departure Time : 8:50 AM
                    Carrier : Indigo Airlines

                    I paid total amount of Rs 2083/- through SBI Net-banking.
                    The transaction No is[protected]IGAGKBFKK1.

                    However, at the time of processing of payment, the link got disconnected and I could not get my ticket. The bank has already deducted the amount and it is showing that the bank has paid Rs 2083/- to Makemytrip and no refund is made by the bank till now.

                    On the other hand, the ticket is not sent to my registered e-mail id. Also, no booking is showing in the 'my trip; section after login into makemytip.com.

                    Kindly instruct 'makemytrip' to send my ticket by e-mail. If the ticket could not be booked yesterday, MMT may please arrange to refund the amount of Rs 2083/- already transferred to MMT from my SBI bank account.

                      MMT Booking ID NN[protected]

                      I would like to tell you, my father is travelling from Delhi to Amsterdam and we booked via yatra. There was a schedule change, just like mine, however, my father got TWO EMAILS informing about the same, and along with 4 alternatives. He then also received a PHONE CALL for the same.

                      On the other hand, I had booked with you, Makemytrip, and what did I receive when there was a schedule change? NOTHING! I wasn't informed at all about the flight change, no call nor email, and only found out through aeroflot website 5 hours before the departure time!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! On top of this, I made at least 10 calls to makemytrip, and I did not get any proper support. In the end after being 4 hours on phone, while on way from Chandigarh to Delhi to catch my flight, where the driver basically had to driver so fast to get me in time to airport! I couldn't even pack my last minute things! It is outrageous! I found out from Aeroflot, that they had already informed you regarding the same. Please don't reply to me with 'there was a technical glitch' because that is normal in today's world and the company compensates the customer for the glitch. Infact, if your bank account transferred the money due to a technical glitch, it would be on you?! NO! It would be on the bank to give you compensation, including that of the harassment. You cannot as a brand and a company have this attitude and entitlement to your customer's money, and only have customer service to take the money from us, but when it comes to experience, you provide zero! This is an international website, better behave like one!

                      I was harassed over phone for so long, with no compensation, and then a manager offered maximum ₹ 3000 voucher?! What is this!!! I assure, you I will write on every Expat Facebook group there is, to not book on makemytrip, if I am not compensated fairly and fully! Customer service should actually exist to solve customer's problems, and not to only fill their boss's pockets!

                      I hope you will look into the matter and I will await your reply!

                        I booked a couple of Jet Airways flight ticket in March.

                          Dear Sir/Ma’am,
                          I have made a hotel booking using MMT application and I received a call from hotel next day saying this booking can’t be confirmed. So, I informed the hotel that I’ll contact makemytrip as booking has been done through them. I have tried to call MMT and everytime it says due to high call volume we are serving customer with booking in next 5 days and sends a link to chat with an automated system called Myra. I have used that platform to raise my concern and all the time CSR from the company said I’ll get a call back in 24 hours and the time when I chatted it says I’ll get a call back in 10 minutes which never happened. Also, upon asking by the CSR to close the ticket I have informed them not to close the ticket as it’s not resolved and haven’t got call in 10 minutes as promised. I have screenshot of all the above said and would be more than co-operative to share the same upon request. I hope things get resolved and experience of customer service gets better. I have attached screenshot of most recent chat and you will be able to figure out how exactly I have been treated.

                          Looking forward to see some strict actions towards the big organization like this and hope to get some justice by complaining such matters to government.

                          I will be waiting on clarification for the above mentioned matter with best possible solution.

                            We booked our tickets for ocean park hong kong on 8th june 2019 for 11th june 2019 but as we went there they did not accept it saying that they are not valid. Amount of Rs 8296 was deducted from our account at the same time but we had to purchase another tickets for Rs 10, 000 from there only as they refused to accept them. This was not at all expected from such a brand like you. Even After reaching to you people in India we did not get any help. We would like you to look into the matter and refund our amout at the earliest.

                              I'm Shubham, I have booked a bus ticket to Delhi from Katra (Jammu). The travel was scheduled on 10.6.19. Time 9.00PM

                              I have reached the location Time 8.40Pm and But I have Not received any messages, e-mails Or calls (Bus Details And Driver Contact No) Even I received a message time is 8.54PM So I called that concerned travels (MVA) person, he told me that the bus Gone.

                              I haven't received any messages, e-mails or calls Timely so I missed bus.

                              I have paid the complete money.

                              I'm standing at the road without knowing what to do.

                              now I got very much frustrated.

                              Please Refund my money ASAP.

                              They are so irresponsible they not reply my emails calls, Chats (Proper Solution)

                                As per the schedule programme, I along with 9 no. of family members arrived at the reception of the above named hotel on 20th June 2019 at 12:30 noon from Durgapur (West Bengal).
                                To our utmost shock and surprise, the hotel reception informed us for no such booking request received at their end. However, on presenting the booking confirmation details no one could resolve this issue and we were kept waiting for more than 4 hours hoping to be accommodated against our valid and lawful booking. On being refused by the hotel to provide us the booked room, we had no other choice but to look for some other hotel and we booked the following hotel as detailed as attached herewith.

                                It will not be out of context to mention here that our vacation have been totally spoiled for your deficiency of service, breach of obligations and no fault at our end. We would strictly consider that such act on your part is NOT justifiable and is WRONG in principle.We have been forced to shell out extra money, which was not anticipated at all.
                                In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are legally entitled for refund of the total money, which include INR 75, 789+59276=1, 35, 155/- immediately on account of negligence on your part and immense mental and physical harassment suffered by 10 nos of our family members including children.
                                If we do not hear positive response from your end, we will definitely take this matter before the appropriate authority for claim of adequate compensation including the above cost at your risk, cost and consequences.

                                    I had booked a package for shimla manali and chandigarh with booking ID :NL[protected],
                                    I cannot explain how bad the service was of make my trip agents.As per my package i had booked an AC car and which would have her Ac off during the 25% of the rides which will be the hilly rides.To our knowledge the AC was kept off for almost 50 to 60% of the rides as and when the traffic use to be jammed on the road of manali.When enquired it was mentioned that the cars AC would be kept off during hilly rides and even after explaining this to the agent that we are on a straight road still this was not understood and we were kept in the car with 32 degrees of temperature,
                                    Secondly i had an issue with my childs date of birth which was wrongly interpretted by the MMT agents and considered her as an infant.Obviously they did not book the flights of my child from mumbai to chandigarh and return flight.Accidentally my daughter travelled to chandigarh without a proper ticket but while returning she was barred from boarding the flight.Luckily the seats were available and a ticket was bought at a higher price.Again this is being denied by the ground team which is just a team with zero functionality.Third and the most important one, the relationship manager could not solve a single problem in the entire trip be that the car type, the driver not coming in time to pick up at the airport, the AC problem, or any other problems which was easily andwered as either I DONT KNOW or I WILL GET BACK TO YOU.Presently i am for them to get my refund from the airlines cleared which i guess will not be done since i am writing here on this forum.

                                    It's been 15 days since I am back from the trip and still you are checking the facts. It's ridiculous to know how slow the process is in this century. It looks as if we are in Flintstones era.
                                    Hope you sort this out before 2019 ends and keep up your loosing name. I am sure that I won't be booking any holidays there after from make my trip.
