MakeMyTrip India — Hotel check in denied and no refund processed

We booked a hotel at 5th April in the evening with MMT for Hotel Pallete Magarpatta City. Wehn visited the hotel, they denied check in saying the hotel is full. On calling MMT, they also said the hotel says the rooms are full. We asked for full refund. It was already a hassle for a GIRL visiting the hotel at 12 midnight. She booked another hotel nearby all by herself.

Now, it has been 3 days, MMT says that we have not checked in and hence cannot refund us the money.

This is a clear case of Fraud.
