I booked the flight using MAKE MY TRIP from Bangalore to Kuwait departing on 2 February at 21:35 hrs but the flight delayed to depart and finally landed to Mumbai at 1:00am instead of 23:20 hrs.
The next flight was at 2:15am, my baggage was not transferred so I must claim and head to kuwait flight but I couldn’t make it.
The layover was 3 hrs but ended up to get the layover for only 1 hour, if it was direct connecting flight without baggage claim I would have somehow made it but that wasn’t the case, they negligently asked me to claim the baggage at Mumbai airport and then board the kuwait flight also the gate closes 20 minutes before departure so kuwait airlines deliberately left me and travelled, no care was taken to passengers.

I have to pay additional 40000rs to catch the next flight to kuwait, I lost my money and time. They just frustrated me unnecessarily.

I am just asking MAKE MY TRIP to give me my full refund for all the inconvenience I had and the struggles I have been through.

MAKE MY TRIP is not taking any responsibility.

    I had booked a bus ticket in sb Travels from make my trip. It's been 10 days.i didn't get my money. I paid 1200 rupees for a trip from hyderabad to pune for 14th feb, 2024.but the bus operator cancelled the ticket without any intimation.Now i need my money back. The HELPline numbers are useless and not working. I tired of asking all of you.. ###!!

      Due to bus late for 2 hrs bus cancelled from my side but paid only 78 rupees refund in amount against 971 rupees. Gujrat travel said from our side all amount refunded but i got only 78 rupees then why this amount received in my account

        Details of complaint -

        Used the price lock feature for 3 tickets from London and Mumbai. Price locked the tickets after paying the premium of Rs1200. The feature clearly says that the price is locked for any fluctuations in price for the lock in period.
        While trying to book the flights on 17th (18th was the expiry for the locked in period), we received a message that the seats are not available and we had to re-book tickets for 10K Rs more.

        This is a fraud scheme and should be looked at legally as there is absolutely no sense in locking price by paying an amount only to be told later that the price is not available.

        Also I am seeing a lot of complains in this area and request Makemytrip should be made to pay for this.

          I have booked multi city international flights on 8th December 23 and my travel date is on 04/02/2024.
          Booking ID: NN7U0GJC3EXK31G91225

          MakeMyTrip has cancelled my bookings on 30/01/2024 without my consent and even there was no confirmation before cancellation.

          I book the ticket with 26, 562 (which they cancelled) and for same dates now the price is 67, 456.

          As per discussion with the MMT supervisor they clearly stated that we can't give you alternative options or any commitment and now they are suggesting to spend 67, 456 for no mistake.

          Very unprofessional practice and services.

            Hi,

            I booked flight on MMT website (Krabi to Bangkok) using FLYWITHCITI code, where I am supposed to get 1 night on any international hotel for =2 days booking. I have to use the booking id of the flight as coupon code for the hotel booking.

            Attached are the offer details.

            The FLYWITHCITI option was provided in the MMT app along with the benefits and details were confirmed by the Makemytrip app while doing the flight booking.

            While I am trying to use the booking id of the flights as coupon code for hotel bookings, I am not getting any night free accommodation offer as was committed during my booking.

            Note: I have spoken for 10 days now with MMT executives where my call has just been transferred with absolutely no intent to provide any solution. Many staff (Anurag Yadav, Ramlakhan Verma, Vivek)

            I have been thoroughly harassed with these calls and absolutely lost my mental peace with the treatment of the staff.

            Raising it here to get some fair treatment.

              Hi team,

              I had booked a return flight for two passengers on 3rd December for 15th Jan of Bangalore to Kolkata and return on 29th January 2024.

              On the 11th of Dec I had called MMT to change date of my fellow passenger Aritri Dhar from 15th Jan to 18th Dec 2023. While making the change MMT allegedly cancelled the return flight of the passenger and till date they are saying they are not able to validate who cancelled the booking. I would like to confirm that indigo airlines, the airlines with whom the flight was booked has already mailed me with confirmation saying it’s an agency cancelled booking, that is, cancelled by MMT. PNR for the same is VRMRQC.

              On the 1st of Jan again, Indigo airlines by mistake had cancelled my flight from bangalore to kolkata for 15th Jan . Passenger name - Avaratanu Rakshit. Indigo immediately had refunded the amount to mmt but till date I haven’t received the amount. PNR for the same is M4NQVE.

              I would like to complain against MMT so that strict action is taken for their delay and lack of professionalism to refund the amount to customer. Also since I had to make the booking once again it costed me more than what the flight ticket costed me initially hence I would want MMT to compensate for the same.

              Currently Shivam Kumar, a supervisor at MMT is handling my case. But I am not getting proper support and would want strict actions to be taken.

                I had bought a ticket to fly from Mumbai to Hyderabad from makemytrip and I even purchased extra luggage from their app. While purchasing extra luggage it showed that I need to pay Rs. 2250 to carry an additional baggage of 23kg in the flight apart from the regular baggage allowance. I paid that amount and on my ticket also it shows that I can carry the additional bag of 23kg. I took the baggage and at the airport I came to know that the amount I paid was only for 5kg extra. Vistara people asked me to pay 2000 for extra baggage piece and 12000 for the extra weight I had. I spoke to Mr. Gagandeep, the makemytrip customer care agent on call and I was with him on call till he checked everything. At first he was not agreeing that they made a printing mistake on my ticket and I suffered so much pain at the airport. Then when I shared all ticket details with him he agreed to me on call that yes it is their mistake and he asked me to pay the money and they will refund the money to me. I even have the emails and call recordings as a proof with me. I travelled on 26th December 2023 and it is till date makemytrip has ignored my emails and calls. They have been sending same replies to me and despite following up with them for so many days and wasting so much of my time. They have closed the case and not even refunded my money. Despite sending so many emails, there is no proper customer service offered and I have beared a loss of Rs. 14000 because of them and their mistake. I really want my money back and I have all the supporting proof for the same. Please look into this matter and let me know what can be done. I am just wondering that on a daily basis they must be thugging so many people on the same lines. This is not at all expected from Makemytrip and this has given me such a worst experience, I am attaching the main documents and the call recordings with the complaint. I have more emails too where they have not responded well to solve my issue. They have just been sending standard replies to me. I want my money back as this is giving wrong information to the client and then not paying back the money even after promised. If that person had not promised me for the refund on call, I wouldn’t have paid the money at the counter. It is not a small amount.

                  I had booked a flight ticket PNR-RMWGRR dated 27/12/2023 from Hyderabad to Patna but cancelled it later. I was to get a refund of ₹2, 257 but I have not received it in my bank account yet.

                    now the airline has refunded the 1663 tax amount to the agency.
                    but makemytrip was not refunded the amount. saying you got a credit card discount for this booking which is higher than the refund amount so u will not be getting any amount as a refund

                      I came to Ujjain with my family to see Mahakal, there I first booked Shree Narayan Home Stay from your site for the night. In which when we reached here we were given another room and then we were asked to change the room. And the bed sheet given to me was dirty, I called them and told them that my bed sheet was dirty and they said that they will get it changed. But one night our poor passed away from sleeping in the dirty bed sheet. The next day we went out early morning to see Mahakal, where we reached there at 2 o'clock, when we came back the water from their bathroom and toilet poured into the pure balcony, where I informed them where we were for the first time. Now it happened. Means this is what we did. Then they asked us to shift to the uppermost room. Because pure water was filled in the balcony, we had no option. I took the upstairs shift to my senior citizen parents. Then I told them that I had an afternoon train the next day. Can we leave around 12 o'clock, because it is winter time, so it is said that there will be an extra charge of Rs 1000/-. I told him that I had already talked to him before the booking amount came, but he had said that at that time. But when you get the amount you tell me your rule. My request to you is that if you have not given this amount, then till then you should not ask for the solution of the problem that I and my family have been facing due to my stay here. Then you will not give them their amount. I will also make this complaint in the grievance portal.

                        I received the refund in my wallet. I initiated the refund to transfer it to my bank. but the amount is not reflecting in my account. The bank says the reference number is wrong. I m trying endlessly to connect with customer support but no specific answer is received

                              मैं आपको ये सुनिश्चित करना चाहता हु के मैंने दिनाक 30 दिसम्बर 2023 को Delhi to Vancover(BC) Date 19 Feb 2023 and Toronto to Delhi 29 June 2023 की date की बुकिंग की थी. (Annexure-1)
                              जिसकी Booking ID IN1B[protected] है और जिसके लिए मैंने 130723 रूपये भी ट्रांसफर किये है (Annexure-2)

                              और जिसकी मैंने कैंसिल करवाने की request भी with in 30 minute में कर दी थी
                              और मुझे बताया गया था के आपके सिर्फ 1059 रूपये ही deduct होंगे जिसे कोई VOID सर्विस के बारे में बताया गया था (Charges deduction ke Regarding ईमेल भी की हुयी है Mr. Suman Bayen द्वारा (Annexure-3)

                              लेकिन मुझे अभी मेरी बुकिंग ID IN1B[protected] की cancelled request refund 111951 रूपये किया जा रहा है (Annexure-4)
                              जबकि वो refund amount
                              Total Paid Amount = 130723/-
                              Deductions – 1005/-
                              Balance Amount = 129718/- होनी चाहिए after deduction
                              आपसे विनती है के इसे इससे Clarify करे and बाकि amount return करे

                              मैंने लगभग आपके Customer care agents से 2 दिन के अंतर्गत 30-30 minute बात की लेकिन सब के सब बेवकूफ बनाते रहे

                              एक और ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है के मैंने Booking ID No. IN1B[protected] के दौरान Delhi to Vancover(BC) (Date 19 Feb 2023) and Toronto to Delhi 29 June 2023 की date की बुकिंग की थी (Annexure-1)

                              लेकिन refund email में मुझे बताया जा रहा है के इस Booking ID No. IN1B[protected] के तहत आपकी 17 अप्रैल 2023 को जो Ticket बुक की थी वो cancel कर दी गयी है, जबकि मेरे द्वारा 17 अप्रैल 2023 की air ticket इस Booking ID No. IN1B[protected] के तहत की ही नहीं है (Annexure-5)

                              और मैंने नयी बुकिंग ID IN1B[protected] के तहत Delhi to Vancover(BC) Date 17 अप्रैल 2023 and Toronto to Delhi 22 अगस्त 2023 की बुकिंग की है और ना ही ये Ticket मेरे द्वारा cancel करवाई गयी है (Annexure-6)

                              मुझे कुछ भी clear नहीं हो पा रहा है के मेरी कोनसी Ticket कैंसिल है और कोनसी बुकिंग confirm है

                              अगर मेरी इस Booking ID No. IN1B[protected] के तहत ticket cancel हो चुकी है तो उसके लिए मेरा रिफंड amount 129718/- बनता है तो आप उससे verify करके ईमेल द्वारा मुझे confirm करे और जल्दी से जल्दी रिफंड करे

                              मैं really बहुत upset हु, क्यूंकि जब customer care से बात करता हु तो बोलते है के Technical Glitch की वजह से ये हो रहा आप निश्चिन्त रहे...

                              Makemytrip की कस्टमर service वालों ने मेरा न्यू इयर भी ख़राब कर दिया है

                              क्या इस तरह से Customer दोबारा आप लोगो से relation maintain करेगा ?

                                I have booked a round trip flight from mumbai to patna for 15.5.2023 with additional zero cancellation fee . The return flight from patna to mumbai g8 352 was cancelled 2-3 days prior to the journey due to their operational issue hence i had cancelled my entire trip, the refund request was raised immediately but till date no refund has been received by me.The status in the app shows refund refunest in proecss.I made multiple calls to the airlines as well as the makemy trip customer care but all in vein.Need your kind intervention here.

                                  I booked a Delux room in Peace Residency, Pondicherry for a family with two adults and two kids.
                                  They charged money for four people but they gave us single budget room, even It's not a hotel, it's a hostel.
                                  MakeMyTrip charged me 17000 INR for two days even It's not cost of 4000 INR for two days....

                                  I booked a train ticket from makemytrip which was RAC so I tried to raised tdr from the app but it dint work, then i tried cancelling that also dint work, it showed error message that please try after sometime, unable to connect to irctc site. I tried from 1pm to 3pm and 3:10 was my train, I also raised complaint that I am unable to do anything in app at around 1:30 and seeked help. I even called but auto caller dint allow to speak and gave same link again and again. Customer care called around 4:30 and said tdr can be filed only 30 min before train start and its been more than 1 hour and dint refund the amount. Seems like fraud to me. Clearly they dint allow me to do anything in the app, response time so late so that I dont have any options left. Never going to book anything from make my trip. Fraud app.

                                    Booking id -NH[protected]

                                    the recent hotel booking I made through MakeMyTrip for my family trip to Udaipur. Unfortunately, our experience during the check-in was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

                                    Upon arriving at the booked hotel, we were disheartened to find that the basic amenities promised were severely lacking. The washroom lacked essential items like handwash, and the cleanliness of both the room and washroom fell below acceptable standards. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, making our stay uncomfortable.

                                    In light of these conditions, we decided not to stay at the hotel and promptly contacted your support team to raise a complaint. I followed your instructions and provided photographs to illustrate the situation. Despite my efforts, there was a considerable delay in your response. When I finally reached out via phone, I was informed that an immediate refund was not possible due to the hotel's non-refundable policy. However, your team assured me that they would contact the hotel to address the issue.

                                    As a result, I patiently waited for a response throughout the day, hoping for a resolution before deciding on alternative accommodation. Regrettably, by 10:00 PM, I had not received any updates from MakeMyTrip, leaving me with no option but to check out and seek a different hotel in a challenging festival season.

                                    To my dismay, it was only after my early checkout that I received a response indicating communication with the hotel team. This delayed response has caused both financial and mental distress, as my family and I were left without suitable accommodation for a significant part of our planned stay.

                                    I believe it is unfair for me to be charged for a service that was not provided as promised, especially when faced with substandard conditions that prompted our decision to vacate the premises. The non-refundable nature of the booking should not absolve MakeMyTrip of responsibility to ensure that the accommodation meets basic standards.

                                    I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a fair resolution. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused during what was supposed to be a joyous family trip.

                                      I booked 2 seats from Delhi to Agra on 20th Dec 2023 for 23rd Dec 2023 to make my trip with the vendor by Falcon tour and travels. On the day of travelling, the bus was already more than one hour late and when the bus arrived at my onboarding point the bus driver and coordinator did not allow me in the bus because they allotted my two seats to another person for more money. When I raised the issue with customer support and with the vendor then the bus driver and coordinator abused me and did illegal acts with me and I was thrown out of the bus. When I was trying to call the police(100 PCR) then they allow me in the bus without giving seats and we were standing in the bus cabin for an hour. The bus vendor and coordinator regularly abused us for a long time and in the rest point near about taj express highway they threw us from the bus and we travelled from another bus.
                                      After that I complained to the vendor and he promised a refund but there is no solution. I also raised it on make my trip but they are also not responding. Due to this I suffered from lots of mental health issues and my plans were destroyed.
