Hi Team,

On 30 Nov 2023 I have booked the train ticket from Pune - Jammu by JHELUM EXPRESS by opting the Guaranteed Trip for three passengers. On 01 Dec 2023 for one of the passengers (Sweta) I have to cancel the ticket partially due to her health condition.

As per guaranteed trip norms they have to refund the 3X amount to customer if they are not able to provide the confirmed ticket at the time of Chart Prepared.br...

I am writing to formally register a complaint against [Hotel Name] for their unfair treatment and violation of their own stated refund policy.

Booking ID - NH[protected]

Booked a room in a resort being fully aware of its no free cancellation policy. Unfortunately there was heavy rain and road slides on the way to the property so we could not make it. Property owner agreed for complete refund and gave email approval to MMT. Its been more than a week and I am not getting proper response from customer care. No refunds yet. Everytime they just say we will call back...

On 22-11-23 i have booked one ticket from hyderbad gopal to madhura wada, visakhapatnam on[protected] of morning star travels bus.
Actually i was intended on[protected], but in a hurry i have booked on[protected]. Bus timings are
picup -11:45.
Later i realised with in a minute and tried to cancel the ticket but It is showing zero refund. How is it possible.
Then I tried to call to MMT, but no use, direct voice...

I booked a flight along with a cab with Booking ID: NF[protected]
and unfortunately, my booking was canceled by MMT. I paid 8010 INR on 19/09/2021 and only 4932 INR was refunded for the flight ticket. There is no refund for the cab booking although I did not get any information about the cab booking and I never boarded the cab. I have proof in my bank statement that I paid 8010 INR. I booked a hotel on 23rd February for 4 nights stay from 24th January 2024 to 28th January 2024. I made my booking through Make My Trip and paid the full amount. I purchased two gift cards from MMT on 16th Feb 2023 and when I tried to use it for a booking a flight ticket it is showing available gift card balance is zero.

I used make my trip India to book a waiting ticket of train from prayagraj to Delhi. I booked MMT holidays package worth 2.75 lacs. While booking MMT employee told me that all the bookings (hotel etc) are refundable that's why prices were on the higher side. I could also see 1 rupee booking for the same hotels on MMT itself. I booked the bus but it did not arrive at the pickup location even after 1 hour of scheduled pick up. I tried to contact the customer care of MMT but no reply from them.

Hello, I have recently booked a flight through mmt, and paid extra to utlize free data change option.
Now when I trying to change the date, I see no flights available, however when directly trying to make the booking, same flight is available on the required date.

This really feels like a scam, where you charge extra for the date change and does not allow to change it.
