[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — I want to delete my mmt account permanently.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Despite of several reminders, makemytrip is not responding on refund issue. It is almost 4 months now I did not receive the refund. And moreover, their complaint site is not active also.
Seeking your help to get my refund of Rs 9684.

Please delete the account in mmt immediately. these people not given any option for deleting the account in their website and not responding through mail or phone calls. please delete the account in mmt and creating the problem for me.

I was trying to book a return flight from Ahmedabad to Lucknow on dated 13jan. Amount was deducted from my account but tickets weren't booked. Neither i received my money back. There's no way to contact them using phone number and in self support section, we need an existing booking for raising query. My money is stuck with them and they are not available neither on call nor on email.
