I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does. This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. I was trying to book a return flight from Ahmedabad to Lucknow on dated 13jan. Amount was deducted from my account but tickets weren't booked. Neither i received my money back. There's no way to contact them using phone number and in self support section, we need an existing booking for raising query. My money is stuck with them and they are not available neither on call nor on email.

Despite of several reminders, makemytrip is not responding on refund issue. It is almost 4 months now I did not receive the refund. And moreover, their complaint site is not active also.
Seeking your help to get my refund of Rs 9684.
