I booked cab on 9th Nov 2018 for 11th Nove 2018, 11:30 AM IST pickup time.
at the movement 11:30 AM, MMT cancelled my trip.
The support and services are really very pathetic. i am facing the issue from first day, when i was booked the cab and MMT people canceled the cab at the last movement without proper alternative arrangement. I really faced very trouble due to this.
I reached at my destination after 12 hours due to lazy, liar, worst, ###, fraud MMT CUSTOMER CARE employees.
Now i am chasing MMT CUSTOMER CARE people 4 days from sunday for my refund amount and compensation amount which promised by MMT senior department.
I did not receive it yet.
When i was taking followup, then MMT team replied with this line "as per our telephonic conversation". while i did not receive single CALL TOday.
Now, please let me know, exact date and time, when these fraud people are refunding my money, otherwise i have call recording and all proof. i will take legal action against MMT team and organisation.

Do onething do you have mails and proofs of your booking and cancellation?
If you have those take screenshots and have them tagged with the company and send them mail as well
one more thing, If indigo is saying that they have forwarded your refund to Makemytrip.
just call to indigo and say the customer executive to escalate the call to senior and say them to give you an authorized mail stating with your PNR the refund amount forwarded to Makemytrip. It's their responsibility to give you the support whatever they are saying on call. Get that mail and post that with tagging Deep Kalra (Ceo of MMT)
you will immediately get response.
