Mmt is really worst. They take your money and don't revert back. They had booked a hotel for us in pattaya. First thing the hotel was located in a area where all # were there. Second thing, the staff was very rude. The bell told my husband to pick up the luggage. No breakfast was given. The hotel room had outlets in it. The main door was locked on a single panel only. The towels provided to us were in torn condition. We left the hotel the very next day coz it was late night when we had checked in. We had clicked the pictures and at the same time complained to the representative of mmt shreya shetty. She said that she'll get back to us. Which she never does. Even before leaving the country also we had so many questions, but she has our complete money so now why to help the couple is the attitude which we got. From our pocket again my husband had to book another hotel for us coz i am pregnant. And couldn't withstand the surrounding. While leaving as well the hotel staff literally were shouting at us. Coz we only asked for them to call a taxi. The representative is definitely fit for nothing. Please don't book from mmt. Never

    I was booking a ticket on make my trip from bangalore to jaipur on 17.07.2018 (Booking id nf[protected]) and the amount i. E. 7851.00 was debited 4 times from my account. I got my account credited 3 times (2 times on the same day and 1 time on 22.07.18) but 1 refund is still pending. I raised a complaint on make my trip regarding this issue but i didn't got the perfect solution. They are asking to contact the bank (Punjab national bank) and bank is asking to contact make my trip. It has been more than 3 months and i'm not getting any solution.

    I have given application 2 times in my bank (Punjab national bank, johari bazar, jaipur 302003) but the bank officials are not responding to it.

    I'm attaching a statement given by make my trip.
    Please provide me a solution.

      Booking ref no - nc[protected]

      Booking was made on 18/10/2018, cab from jaipur to delhi. On the time of booking the time was selected 12.00 pm but when we contacted the driver he said he will come on 2.00pm. I was getting late as my flight was in the evening. I cancelled the booking as driver said and i received the text that the amount which will be refund is zero.
      I want mmt to go through the matter and refund me the amount which they charged as advance for the booking.

        I booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore yesterday in city travels. The amount got debited from my account but my ticket was not reserved. Could you please tell when the amount will be refunded. Booking date was today 10pm. I checked with the travels. They said ticket was not booked. Please refund my amount earlier. I thought online transaction is safe but no so. Better to avoid online transaction. If the page is not working properly better block the website until the issue get resolved. I had only less amount. Now i have to go and get amount from my friends. It would be better if you take appropriate action. And don't set a 350 word limit for complaint registration. It is waste. Already you took our money and now you are consuming our time also

        I did flight booking on 9 Oct for amount 9666 which got failed and amount is not credited back to my credit card. After 5 min, I did again transaction for same amount 9666 which got confirmed but first failed transaction amount is not credited back to my account yet.. kindly take immediate action.

          I have booked a trip to andaman few days ago with booking id nl[protected]. I got a confirmation email that my trip has been booked for 3rd february 2019. However i did booking for 4th february. I called the mmt helpline at [protected] and they said issue would be resolved by their superiors and they will call me within 24 hours. I didn't receive any call from the authority. Please resolve my issue

            I have booked hotel through makemytrip on via booking id as mentioned below on 09-10-18 and paid an amount of rs.19720 through my canara bank visa debit card and cancelled the booking on 11-10-18. Makemytrip have not credited the refund for cancellation amount to my bank account yet but when i raised a issue through their customer support vide reference id[protected] they closed the issue stating that my issue has been solved without crediting the refund to my account.               My wife an i booked a ticket through makemytrip for her to travel from sf, california, to bangalore. The schedule date was aug 15th, 2018. However, due to change in plans, we postponed her travel date to oct 8th, 2018. Since we booked through makemytrip, we had to call them for the date change.

              The date change was confirmed and we were sent the itinerary (Although we had to spend a lot for the date change). I was told that it will cost me rs. 31, 000. Since we did not have a choice, we agreed, and i paid the amount. It simply makes sense to get an invoice for the amount paid. We have been asking for the invoice for eternity now, and still do not have an invoice for the amount paid.

              Makemytrip has a ridiculous scheme of crediting customer online wallet with rs.100 for every hour delay in responding to a complaint. But wait, there's a catch - maximum amount credited = rs. 1000, and the best part - the amount has to be used within a month! Ridiculous!!

              Anyways, it's been 1000+ hours, and still no sign of invoice. We are now sensing that we may have been conned. We feel that makemytrip erroneously charged us rs. 31, 000 for the date change, and now they have no where to hide because we "asked" for the invoice for the amount that we paid. Request a fair judgement. If i have been robbed, then only a refund makes sense.

              Also, are you saying the booking ID I provided is incorrect?
              After login MMT with my email address and after that "Verify Mobile Number" Screen appears and I enter the valid mobile number. OTP screen appears with the SKIP button.

              The SKIP button is not necessary at OTP screen. SKIP button should be at mobile number screen.

              Worst quality service.when we check in room quality was poor.No water facilities, Toilet was not cleaned.no towel no soap like how proper hotels have.Tap in the toilet was broken.No hot water in the toilet.When we contacted hotel staff they replied rudely & did not gave any resolution.My booking id NH[protected].

                I have been following up with mmt for the last one month for a refund or to keep the booking open at hotel bangkok palace and we will avail it in 3 to 6 months since my father had undergone a brain tumor surgery. My dad passed away 30 september 2018. Death certificate has been submitted. I am only given to hear that mmt will call in 24-48 hrs but no revert

                Our travel was planned for 30 September - 3 October at Koh Samui and 3 October to 6 October at Bangkok Palace. I told MMT since my father has undergone surgery on 10 September, we need to cancel the booking and request refund. Later he passed away 30 September. I did inform MMT but there has been no response

                  I had booked a flight to paris from hyderabad through makemytrip india in the name of my spouse mrs arunima mukherjee. The booking was done on october 03, 2018. The booking id was nn[protected]. The flight details were

                  19/10/2018 : mumbai - paris : flight number 9w 4947
                  01/11/2018 : paris - mumbai : af 218
                  02/11/2018: mumbai-hyderabad : af 6918

                  Later i had to cancel the booking. Makemytrip promised to refund me rs 38186. Copy if the email it sent to me is attached. Instead makemytrip refunded me rs 37106 (Copy attached).

                  I request a complete promised refund from makemytrip india. The difference amount of rs 1080 should be credited to my account. I do not want the difference amount to be reflected in makemytrip wallet.

                          On 15 july, 2018, i had booked a ticket on goair flight g8-371 for 18-nov-2018 (From mumbai to goa)& g8-478 for 24-nov-2018 (From goa to mumbai) by make my trip. Now due to some personal reason, we cannot go and i have cancelled my all tickets but there was no refund amount on cancellation by make my trip, they only give rs.518/- and i really need money and i cannot share my personal reason with you. I can only request you please refund my money. Emergency can be possible anytime. I think you should understand what i am saying???
                          Even if we reserve the ticket by train then in this condition railway also refund after cut the cancellation charges before 24 hrs. So why are you not refunding my balance amount???

                            Why am i denied the entire amount?
                            Why was an extra 249 deducted from my account if you cannot provide an entire refund?!
                            I am expecting a complete refund asap from your insurance cell.

                              Dear sir,

                              I booked a room through mmt at sterling suites marathahalli bengaluru and paid the full amount of rs 5991 in advance. Details below.
                              On checking in i realised that i had been completely duped. The room and the hotel was third rate in a remote location.
                              On inquiring with the reception that this was not what i had been promised and asking for the rack rate i was shocked to learn that the same room was being sold by other websites at around rs 3500 (All inc) while i had paid rs 5991. They refused to give me the hotel tariff card and said i should complain to mmt only.
                              The reception told me very rudely that they are not charging this amount but make my trip are the ones overcharging.
                              This is cheating and not acceptable. Please register this complaint of mine.

                                I had made booking for my family trip to dubai from bangalore on mmt app on 21st oct 2018 through multiple ticket.
                                Onward journey on 21/10 via spice jet and return journey via indigo on 27-10.
                                I received a failed booking for both the trip with payment success for rs 90, 400/-and a clear message that booking has failed and rs 86, 844/- is being refunded in my wallet for further booking. I immediately informed about the failure through their help thread & waited for sms, mail etc for nearly 8hrs
                                My resolution is pending since last 5 days and they generated a pnr for one journey from bangalore - dubai via spice jet and claiming as a partial failed booking. As per their company policy on website :- for failed booking it states that "you need not do anything", we will automatically refund full amount back to net banking account."
                                In my case booking failed at 13.57 hrs of[protected]. A clear message has appeared on screen that booking failed & an amount of rs 86, 844/- have been refunded in my wallet.
                                No money was refunded & no one called me, no message through sms /email came. But still i informed through your help portal thread that booking has failed and plz refund my amount. No response was given till 10.26 pm. For which i again uploaded the screen shot of failed booking and requested for refund.

                                  I had booked a ticket with makemytrip for journey dated 25th september from winnipeg to kolkata for rs.56863 on 24th september. As the booking was not confirmed for approx 8 hours after payment was given balance in my mmt wallet for rs599. On contacting their customer center i was advised by their representative mr. Sumit roy chaudhary not to travel to airport the next morning as the booking was partially confirmed. Mr. Chaudhary initiated a refund request and as per makemytrips promise the refund gets credited in 72 hours failing to which they compensate rs100 per additional hours. The timer is still running as of today it has been 401 hours approximately. Initially i was contacted by makemytrip on my mobile number +[protected] but after 72 hours they stopped doing it and i have contacted them many times and all i am assured is they are looking into the matter and would get back to me in 24 hours with refund request being completely processed. However till now nothing has happened and all i have is screenshot with timer running showing the resolution is delayed.

                                  Please help me to get my hard earned money back from makemytrip. Rs56863 is not a small amount.

I have been following up since ages...extremely shameful mmt that I am still being harassed for this amount. Waiting for the refund to be processed I don't know how else or how long i need to explain my case to each and every support agent of your team and turned down each time, having being instructed to wait for even longer. Even if I dont consider my 2months wait period, your promise to refund was of 144hrs and it has been 572hrs and I am still waiting like anything for the proceedings to happen

                                  Makemy trip team it is strange to learn that you guys couldn't trace my booking details.

                                  Well the email id used for booking was [protected]@gmail.com and Booking ID

                                  NN[protected]. I would like to bring this to your notice that I was informed by your

                                  associate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary when my tickets were not confirmed even after 8 hours of

                                  booking that the booking is partially confirmed from toronto to kolkata but my journey

                                  from winnipeg to kolkata is still not confirmed and in no case it would get confirmed so I

                                  should not travel to airport. After that the refund request was initiated from your end

                                  during this call. I was contacted twice by your team within 24 hours on my Canadian number

                                  +[protected] which I had provided to your associate Mr.Roychaudhary assuring that my

                                  request for refund is being looked into. Anyways I hope you will be able to trace your

                                  assoiciate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary unlike what you informed about not being able to trace

                                  my booking details. However after the two calls from your back end team I tried reaching

                                  out to you guys multiple times over the phone and everytime I was assured that I will be

                                  contacted in 24 hours with a solution which till date is still pending. Makemytrip please

                                  have mercy on me I am an international student and Rs56863 the cost of booking which you

                                  guys have been hold for 24 days now is my hard earned money. Please stop playing this back

                                  and forth communication game to just try to cover up your part and delay the resolution.

                                  For your reference I have attached herewith screenshot of my account that says your

                                  resolution has been delayed and as of now it has already been 592 hours which is precisely 24 days.Just incase you need additional information from my end reachout to me at [protected]@gmail.com or on my canadian number +[protected] or alternate number +[protected] if the other one is not reachable. I hope this time you guys would do the necessary at your end and try to resolve this issue which involves Rs56863 that you have been holding back at your end for no good reason. Please try to understand I can't afford to loose this money. I would again reinstate the same thing I was advised by your associate Mr. Sumit Roychaudhary not to go to airport as I can't undertake this journey with a partial booking and I have done the same. I request you to please help me and process the refund without any further delay

                                      Please note we discussed ticket that i was looking for and same itinerary was send to me. It was discussed that no transit visa is required and baggage allowance was also 40 kg, which meet my requirements.

                                      Payment link was send, and i made required payment immediately.

                                      After you received payments, i was expecting confirmed ticket copy, but received call saying that as per airline transit visa is required. This was different than what we had agreed and was communicated to me before making payment.

                                      In interest of time and make sure i get ticket in same cost, i agreed to issue ticket and self will arrange for transit visa but cost to be borne by make my trip. Ticket was issued but after this there is no reponse on transit visa reimbursement.

                                      I was given a promised a product but after i made payment they informed that tickets can be given but you need to arrange for transit visa. My complain is, make my trip to pay for my transit visa as they had initially promised.

                                        I booked 2 tickets from hyd to tirupati and the booking # is nf[protected]. Then immediately within 2 min i changed the travel dates. Then it charged me extra amount around 7000 as a travel change fee. This sounds totally unfair that just changing the travel dates within 2 minutes of booking charges such a huge amount as a fine. I've been trusting make my trip which made me to use this portal for my booking. This is really really absurd of charging such a big fine. I ask my friends to stop using this site and give a low rating in the media. You guys are charging unnecessarily and this is totally ridiculous. Please refund my lost amount.
