I booked a ticket on 16/10/2018 for travel from madurai to bhubaneswar on 6 th december, 2018. Airlines is indigo and reference i'd is ldy9qp. On 6/11/2018 i receive a message from indigo airlines that the flight timings has been changed. So, due to this change i cancelled my flight ticket on 6/11/2018 and indigo assured full refund. I enquired indigo customer care they told me that they have refunded the entire amount to make my trip on 6/11/2018 itself. On contact ing make my trip customer care no proper response and when will my amount get refunded

Do onething do you have mails and proofs of your booking and cancellation?
If you have those take screenshots and have them tagged with the company and send them mail as well
one more thing, If indigo is saying that they have forwarded your refund to Makemytrip.
just call to indigo and say the customer executive to escalate the call to senior and say them to give you an authorized mail stating with your PNR the refund amount forwarded to Makemytrip. It's their responsibility to give you the support whatever they are saying on call. Get that mail and post that with tagging Deep Kalra (Ceo of MMT)
you will immediately get response.

        I had done booking with make my trip form Singapore holidays but unfortunately we had to change the dates of travel.. And when we contacted make my trip regarding the change in plans they said the entire money on hotel booking cannot be refunded.. I can see the same hotel been offered at zero cancellation by other travel sites.. Make my trip is cheating the customer with there zero cancellation on hotel booking add.. There customer care is worst and relationship manger does not have any clue..

          I want to delete my mmt account permanently.

          I accidently created an account on make my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't make my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
          This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful....

          I booked cab on 9th Nov 2018 for 11th Nove 2018, 11:30 AM IST pickup time.

          at the movement 11:30 AM, MMT cancelled my trip.

          The support and services are really very pathetic. i am facing the issue from first day, when i was booked the cab and MMT people canceled the cab at the last movement without proper alternative arrangement. I really faced very trouble due to this.

          I reached at my destination after 12 hours due to lazy, liar, worst, ###, fraud MMT CUSTOMER CARE employees.

          Now i am chasing MMT CUSTOMER CARE people 4 days from sunday for my refund amount and compensation amount which promised by MMT senior department.

          I did not receive it yet.

          When i was taking followup, then MMT team replied with this line "as per our telephonic conversation". while i did not receive single CALL TOday.

          Now, please let me know, exact date and time, when these fraud people are refunding my money, otherwise i have call recording and all proof. i will take legal action against MMT team and organisation.

            They applied for visa without booking tickets which is primary condition for tourist visa. When we argue for same they said trust on us as this is our daily task. Our visa got cancelled due to this reason. Now if we demand our money they are not giving us and saying it's very small amount you lost, we have customer who lost more than that.
            They continuously forcing us to close our case and to reappeal. If we reappeal they demanding more money.
            My children future is on sake, in future visa cancellation can be obstacle for them.
            India reputation is also affecting by this kind of fraud. European government can ban indians to apply visa if such kind of fraud by reputated companies done on regular basis.

              I had changed my travel date on makemytrip app and paid rs.1, 194/- and later they had refunded the amount and later i got a call that the date change charges is rs.3, 200 approx. I am a very old customer of makemytrip app now i am ready to pay this rs.3, 200 but in future i will make sure i dont book any tickets from makemytrip and delete all my account from make my trip.

                Make my trip is a horrible app that shows u the dreams and photos of 5star hotels and gives u third class pathetic hotels
                It's Been a horrible experience so I would want no one to book their hotel through make my trip
                The hotel has no proper service and the view from our room is pathetic
                The room is not as expected
                When we pay for a five star hotel we would love to stay in one
                I would kindly request make my trip to take concern of the customers problem on time rather than cancelling their calls !
                If we pay the best we want the best .

                  I had 11092/- In my wallet account as a mycash ( which was a refund for hotel cancellation ) . on 21st Oct 2018, I tried to tarnfer this amount to my credit card but every time while pressing the tab on their website it gives error "" oops something went wrong " I tried alomist 20 time on different browser / laptop / desktop / tabs but same problem .

                  I called customer care /// the first thing I would say about MMT customer care is " very unprofessional " I called 3-4 times and every time executive keeps me on hold for 10-15-20 min and finally transfer the call to some other executive to whom I need toe explain again everything . ( reference #[protected]

                  I sent almost 10 emails and more then 20 calls but until today no proper response from MMT .

                  and even after few days my wallet balance became Zero " so technically I don't have any money in my account now as per MMT ...When I called again thuer call center excecutive clearly told me that I have no balance in my wallet ...it sucks

                  I have lost my patience and for sure wont use thier services again in future

                    I am hemaraj sivaprakasam, i made a flight booking in make my trip, i made mistake in booking kuala lumpur to chennai instead of chennai to kuala lumpur on 23rd january 2019 on 12th november 2018 at 7pm. And i spoke to make my trip customer care and i advised to book new booking within today as chennai to kuala lumpur for that 5 passenger so that make my trip will give me refund money. He told me to give both booking id so that i will get void service. As i did same way as make my trip customer care person told.

                    First booking id (Issue): kuala lumpur to chennai is nn[protected]

                    Second booking id (Re booked): chennai to kuala lumpur is nn[protected]

                    I attached all the recording of what i spoken to make my trip team.

                    And after i did 2nd booking from chennai to kuala lumpur i informed to make my trip team he promised that if first person said so, then definitely money will be credited in your account. That call recording also attached.

                    Please rectify my issue and refund my money as early as possible.

                      I had made a booking for cab id ending 3195 on 9th nov'18 for travel from nasik to pune on 12th nov'18 06:00 am for rs 2931/- for a one-way trip.

                      Had faced cancellation of cab during sept'17. Booked this hoping, makemytrip would have improved on their vendor contact and service. To be on safe side even raised two service requests[protected] &[protected] and got a confirmation that the cab will not be cancelled.

                      The booking was confirmed and even cab and driver details shared (Nihal shaikh, cab - mh12pq9162). However, the driver never showed up.

                      I had some important meetings planned and had to hire a cab with premium rates because of this on urgent basis. This caused mental pain and distress to me and my family. Please remember i was traveling with an 10 months old kid.

                        I have booked a flight from mumbai to aizawl for 17th november and return flight on 20 nov.in both the flight tickets my surname appeared to be wrong. I have given government id proof to correct my surname. While making the amendment make my trip has cancelled 17th nov flight tickets by mistake. I have been chasing them since more than 15 days but there is no response from them. I have made all the other bookings including confirmed return flight. I want make my trip to provide me my original ticket. The have not provide any refund and i don't wish to get refund. I need my confirmed flight ticket from mumbai to aizawl.

                          I booked a non ac room
                          On 10th nov at rubis kotakkal for my family.

                          Booking id. Nh[protected]
                          To take few hours rest near by any hotel as her parent were admitted in an hospital close to this restaurent.
                          But they denied room for us for the reason of local id proof.

                          But it was not prominently asked at the time of booking.
                          We costumers find this term only after payment.

                          As there was no option to cancel i forced to book another room in another hotel.

                          Please take necessary actions to pay my amount back.

But surprisingly mmt is saying we gonno charge u twice as you have two flights with different pnr 🙄..                               Good day
                              During my flight ticket booking lot of time banking mode got changed and mistake happened on my booking date.
                              Booking id: nn[protected] by make my trip
                              Around 21.56 hrs i called the customer care then they transferred to international department then i was waiting almost 20 minutes to 30 minutes to get him on line without response. Later he came on the line tried my request to change my date from 10nth dec to 13 nov 2018. But he declained and not done with my request.
                              Due to that i have happened to book a new ticket again with you for dated 13nov 2018 trip id is[protected]. By cleartrip

                              Kindly look in to this matter to provide justice for the failure of assistance and for my difficulties and over run expences.

                              On top of that he was sending the false reply message Problem Solved in 0 Minutes where i was waiting for long time as i mentioned and with negative feed back .

                                I boarded the bus from lucknow to dehradun run by operator named e-bus india.
                                My booking id is nu[protected].
                                The bus driver kept the air conditioner on at a temperature of 15-17℃, so low that it became unbearable for me as i could not breath properly, the air came directly on my face.
                                It was a sleeper ticket which i booked.
                                After repeated complaints to the driver, the operator and the customer service of make my trip nothing was done which could be of sufficient relief.
                                The compartment had a vent which could not be closed by the passenger and i was forced to sit in this cool box irrespective of my complains.
                                My friend named gurtej singh who was seated below in the sitting side on the first seat also complained of the cool temperature along with the other passengers in the sleeper.
                                This is a huge misconduct on the part of the operator as the condition was made unbearable.
                                On complaining again to the operator he suggested me to keep on going to the driver again and again to get my issue resolved. I had an injury in my foot the reason for which i took a sleeper bus, i could not avail the services which i paid for and this accelerated my pain and the wound in my leg got worst, this is a huge irresponsible behaviour and make my trip is also responsible for not providing proper services as is expected from a company this big which claims to provide the best of services.
                                I can also not find the bus operators name in the companies provided above. It was a bus run by e-bus india.
                                The operator did not provide a water bottle even which is a mandatory practice in all sleeper buses, for which yet again i had to get down with my injured leg.
                                This kind of service is not expected after paying such a huge some of amount.
                                Kindly find the relevant pictures attached.
                                I want a complete refund of my ticket and my friend gurtej's ticket, along with the compensation for travelling under such an unbearable condition, unwillingly being subjected to such air temperature in such a cold weather outside, with no option to close the vent and the medical expences i faced due to such gross misconduct of a sleeper bus operator e bus india and make my trip, as mmt should also be held responsible as they should know the services they offer are worth the money being paid by the consumer or not, being trustworthy company for providing services as they claim to be.
                                In the month of november when the temperature outside is going to reach 16 degrees as google shows the whole purpose of booking an air conditioned bus is frustated if the temperature is kept at 15-17℃. A warm environment is what a consumer expects and not an unbearable one.

                                  Problem :
                                  I stayed for one night on 9th nov 2018in this hotel but to my surprise the hotel does not have effective air con cooling system. I almost got suffocated n informed hotel staff but they give all fake reply like cooling will come in few minutes. Those few minutes turn into hours n the cooling doesn’t come. Also maintenance staff treat us as if we have seen ac only in hotels. After all i got a pedestal fan then i slept. When i called mmt helpline they said we will resolve the problem. But to my surprise, even though i m mmt double black customer there were only fake promises. I asked the executive to cancel other day booking but again rules n conditions which favour hotel n makemytrip.com.

                                  Customer suffers and such companies give fake promises of customer satisfaction.

                                    I have mark this email to the consumer redressal court just to keep them posted about the harassment which i have gone through make my trip

                                    To start with the cab book with vehicle no
                                    Dear *murtuza kapadia*, driver and cab details for booking id *nc[protected]* are as follows: driver name: *mr rajendar singh*, phone: *[protected]* and cab number: *rj 19 ta 6511*. For assistance call our toll free number: *[protected]*

                                    The above vehicle never turned up instead some other vehicle was sent i could not reach the driver because the no provided was of an agency and they could not find the booking at last the drive called at 11 that he is on the way.

                                    As per the mmt tat the driver details are shared 2 hrs prior to the pickup but it never happened once i called they were surprised luckily the wrong cab arrived after cross inquiry the driver agreed that i had a booking

                                    The cab ac was not functioning but the driver said it's hot so may be u are feeling so which was completely misleading at last the vehicle broke down due to improper vehicle condition the steering got locked and the vehicle could not move at last i decided to speak to the vendor he said what can i do you speak to mmt.

                                    But as discussed mmt did not respond neither in the beginning not at the time of broke down they just kept me on hold and never replied till now.

                                    I paid 2000 to reach jaiselmer and with my wife kid and luggage it was extremely painful but all this was completely ignored by mmt representative.

                                    Now i have reached my destination on my own and blocked my capital with mmt would claim refund and compensation of such unpleasant and unprofessional service.
