cab service

I had made a booking for cab id ending 3195 on 9th nov'18 for travel from nasik to pune on 12th nov'18 06:00 am for rs 2931/- for a one-way trip.

Had faced cancellation of cab during sept'17. Booked this hoping, makemytrip would have improved on their vendor contact and service. To be on safe side even raised two service requests[protected] &[protected] and got a confirmation that the cab will not be cancelled.

I have booked a flight from mumbai to aizawl for 17th november and return flight on 20 nov.in both the flight tickets my surname appeared to be wrong. I have given government id proof to correct my surname. While making the amendment make my trip has cancelled 17th nov flight tickets by mistake. I have been chasing them since more than 15 days but there is no response from them. I have made all the other bookings including confirmed return flight. I want make my trip to provide me my original ticket. The have not provide any refund and i don't wish to get refund. I need my confirmed flight ticket from mumbai to aizawl.

Team, it's been 2 weeks as I mentioned. I have a flight is next 4 days which is cancelled by mmt by mistake without my consent. As written earlier, I have made all the other booking for my trip. Could you provide me my original ticket by today. Give me call with resolution. Really Disappointed with the service.

    I booked a non ac room
    On 10th nov at rubis kotakkal for my family.

    Booking id. Nh[protected]
    To take few hours rest near by any hotel as her parent were admitted in an hospital close to this restaurent.
    But they denied room for us for the reason of local id proof.

    But it was not prominently asked at the time of booking.
    We costumers find this term only after payment.

    As there was no option to cancel i forced to book another room in another hotel.

    Please take necessary actions to pay my amount back.

    I have a booked a tatkal railway ticket through makemytrip. But cancellation option is not available anywhere in makemytrip and when i tried in irtc its not possible since the ticket was booked through irtc. Both my tickets are in my waiting list.How do i claim for refund?

      I have booked this returned flight from delhi which is refundable and now i wanted to cancel it.. But surprisingly mmt is saying we gonno charge u twice as you have two flights with different pnr 🙄.. I am like charge a cancellation on one booking which i made how can u charge cancellation for both the flights when i have made a single booking of return ticket. It not my problem you created different pnr from a normal customer point of you i made a single booking u charge me for same how can u charge me for both the flight

        Good day
        During my flight ticket booking lot of time banking mode got changed and mistake happened on my booking date.
        Booking id: nn[protected] by make my trip
        Around 21.56 hrs i called the customer care then they transferred to international department then i was waiting almost 20 minutes to 30 minutes to get him on line without response. Later he came on the line tried my request to change my date from 10nth dec to 13 nov 2018. But he declained and not done with my request.
        Due to that i have happened to book a new ticket again with you for dated 13nov 2018 trip id is[protected]. By cleartrip

        Kindly look in to this matter to provide justice for the failure of assistance and for my difficulties and over run expences.

          I boarded the bus from lucknow to dehradun run by operator named e-bus india.
          My booking id is nu[protected].
          The bus driver kept the air conditioner on at a temperature of 15-17℃, so low that it became unbearable for me as i could not breath properly, the air came directly on my face.
          It was a sleeper ticket which i booked.
          After repeated complaints to the driver, the operator and the customer service of make my trip nothing was done which could be of sufficient relief.
          The compartment had a vent which could not be closed by the passenger and i was forced to sit in this cool box irrespective of my complains.
          My friend named gurtej singh who was seated below in the sitting side on the first seat also complained of the cool temperature along with the other passengers in the sleeper.
          This is a huge misconduct on the part of the operator as the condition was made unbearable.
          On complaining again to the operator he suggested me to keep on going to the driver again and again to get my issue resolved. I had an injury in my foot the reason for which i took a sleeper bus, i could not avail the services which i paid for and this accelerated my pain and the wound in my leg got worst, this is a huge irresponsible behaviour and make my trip is also responsible for not providing proper services as is expected from a company this big which claims to provide the best of services.
          I can also not find the bus operators name in the companies provided above. It was a bus run by e-bus india.
          The operator did not provide a water bottle even which is a mandatory practice in all sleeper buses, for which yet again i had to get down with my injured leg.
          This kind of service is not expected after paying such a huge some of amount.
          Kindly find the relevant pictures attached.
          I want a complete refund of my ticket and my friend gurtej's ticket, along with the compensation for travelling under such an unbearable condition, unwillingly being subjected to such air temperature in such a cold weather outside, with no option to close the vent and the medical expences i faced due to such gross misconduct of a sleeper bus operator e bus india and make my trip, as mmt should also be held responsible as they should know the services they offer are worth the money being paid by the consumer or not, being trustworthy company for providing services as they claim to be.
          In the month of november when the temperature outside is going to reach 16 degrees as google shows the whole purpose of booking an air conditioned bus is frustated if the temperature is kept at 15-17℃. A warm environment is what a consumer expects and not an unbearable one.

            Hotel name : radisson hitech hyderabad
            Date ; 10th nov 2018
            Problem :
            I stayed for one night on 9th nov 2018in this hotel but to my surprise the hotel does not have effective air con cooling system. I almost got suffocated n informed hotel staff but they give all fake reply like cooling will come in few minutes. Those few minutes turn into hours n the cooling doesn’t come. Also maintenance staff treat us as if we have seen ac only in hotels. After all i got a pedestal fan then i slept. When i called mmt helpline they said we will resolve the problem. But to my surprise, even though i m mmt double black customer there were only fake promises. I asked the executive to cancel other day booking but again rules n conditions which favour hotel n makemytrip.com.

            Customer suffers and such companies give fake promises of customer satisfaction.

              Hi,

              I have mark this email to the consumer redressal court just to keep them posted about the harassment which i have gone through make my trip

              To start with the cab book with vehicle no
              Dear *murtuza kapadia*, driver and cab details for booking id *nc[protected]* are as follows: driver name: *mr rajendar singh*, phone: *[protected]* and cab number: *rj 19 ta 6511*. For assistance call our toll free number: *[protected]*

              The above vehicle never turned up instead some other vehicle was sent i could not reach the driver because the no provided was of an agency and they could not find the booking at last the drive called at 11 that he is on the way.

              As per the mmt tat the driver details are shared 2 hrs prior to the pickup but it never happened once i called they were surprised luckily the wrong cab arrived after cross inquiry the driver agreed that i had a booking

              The cab ac was not functioning but the driver said it's hot so may be u are feeling so which was completely misleading at last the vehicle broke down due to improper vehicle condition the steering got locked and the vehicle could not move at last i decided to speak to the vendor he said what can i do you speak to mmt.

              But as discussed mmt did not respond neither in the beginning not at the time of broke down they just kept me on hold and never replied till now.

              I paid 2000 to reach jaiselmer and with my wife kid and luggage it was extremely painful but all this was completely ignored by mmt representative.

              Now i have reached my destination on my own and blocked my capital with mmt would claim refund and compensation of such unpleasant and unprofessional service.

                  Make my trip accepted my booking request for airline ticket from mumbai to Delhi and return.

                  While the ticket was being booked, the ticket permitted a cabin luggage of 15kg + 7kg of hand luggage.

                  However, the ticket sent me to mentioned only hand baggage. While querying this with customer care, they agreed the mistake and asked me to claim a refund after paying at the airline. When i asked them to add that privilege directly, they are not agreeing to do it and are making claims that the ticket never mentioned cabin luggage. I have attached the screenprint when for reference.

                    I've booked a hotel room in cosy home, gawahati, and also made the full payment to make my trip account via upi mode by google pay but i have not received the booking i'd and when i reached the hotel the hotel premises said that their is no booking by your name and then i tried to contact customer care of make my trip they don't have the option to talk without the booking i'd. Then i contacted on email i didn't got reply and then i chat on facebook page of make my trip they said they will refund it within 72hrs but i have no money in account to book hotel now... I have attached the email and facebook conversation...

                      While booking flight tickets on 1st of november from nagpur to banglore from my bank of india atm card, two times my amount of rs. 2, 130 and rs. 2, 135 has been deducted but the processing was failed. I also lodge complaint on 2nd of november, its been one week but my amount had not been reversed.

                      Kindly plz check it and resolve my problem as soon as possible

                        I was checking the total amount of booking and when i went payment page accidentally i got click on my saved credit card and after that i received otp no. And i don't understand there is option cancel and submit i click on cancel but how it is possible the was done you check my booking there is not even any promo code i applied i am not stupid without any promo code i will book flight tickets and also passengers names are also wrong because i was just checking total amount of booking and this is cheating from mmt that you click on submit without my permission so therefore i am requesting you to kindly change passengers name or refund my full amount i am using your app since 10 years don't loose your old customer i hope you will take strict action

                            I have booked a hotel through make my trip application for my boss at accord metropolitan, chennai on 23rd oct'18 (Booking date) for his one day stay between 24th oct to 25th oct and successfully completed the payment for the booking. Unfortunately, my boss has missed his flight to chennai on 24th oct 18 morning and hence we have requested make my trip for cancellation of the same. But mmt has charged us the entire booking amount as cancellation charges along with tax & service fee which is unacceptable as they are promoting zero cancellation charge for mmt hotel booking. Also, we have escalated the issue to mmt through their customer support but their response was not satisfactory.

                            Hence we would like to escalate it in this consumer complaint forum to get partial / full refund of my booking amount.

                              I booked a flight ticket on 5/11/2018 for travelling from Mumbai to Kolkata( travel date 13/12/2018) through you. Booking id number is NF[protected].

                              During the transaction my network got disconnected and I was not confirmed the ticket in the first go although by this time my payment through Citibank credit card was executed. Hence I had to try second time for a transaction of Rs 6440. In the second try the ticket got confirmed . I got a confirmed ticket also from you .

                              I hence request you that one of the transaction being duplicate, please take necessary action on this so that I am not charged twice.

                              You are also requested to send an invoice for my entire round trip which is as below :

                              Passenger name : Ms Ruchira paul and Ms Barnali Paul

                              Travel date : 13 /12/2018 ..Mumbai to Kolkata ( Including cancellation charges for initial ticket of 17/12/2018)

                                I am sheetal pawar. On 06/11/2018, i made a booking for 'hotel millenium park', panchgani, maharashtra. I paid rs.3308 through upi.
                                (Rs.3308.00 has been debited from account *6376 to vpa [protected]@hdfcbank on 06-11-18. Your upi transaction reference number is[protected] also sent the screenshot.

                                The money is deducted from my account, but no booking generated. I got not no confirmation of the booking. I mailed on share. [protected]@makemytrip.com to get the refund of my money paid.
                                But they responded 'please raise complaint through 'manage booking' on their site.' i cant do that as booking is not generated.
                                I tried to call on customer care no. But without generated booking it is useless.
                                Now only option remains is consumer forum.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I (Naziya banu) had book the flight ticket on make my trip on 23rd september, booking reference - nn[protected]. When i ask to customer care to cancel the booking, they informed me that refund amount will be 6110 inr, they also send me confirmation mail (Attached) that refund amount will be 6110. (So i told them to proceed with the cancellation). But i receive only 3874 inr as a refund value (Attached).

                                  Make my trip had cheated by providing wrong information & insufficient amount.

                                  Please help...

                                    I booked hotel at chennai. 28/10/2018 to 29/10/2018 from make my trip. Hotel is crowne plaza adyar park chennai. While booking i enter my gst details as well while checking also in formed to customer executive that i need gst invoice. They assure me hotel will provide but while checkout hotel not provide any invoice. I contacted immediately from make my trip they assured they will resolve the issue but still i did not get any gst invoice for my stay
