MakeMyTrip India — I want to merge 2 accounts for using MMT credit card benefits

Hello, I have an account linked to my mail ID and another account linked to my mobile number. I want to merge both of these accounts, for using the MMT icici credit card I need both my email id and phone number linked to the same account. I have attached my mail id and mobile number details below. Kindly check the same and assist me with this as soon as possible.
