My booking experience for a Trip to Nepal has not been so good as I thought it to be.
The seller was incapable of handling customers, understanding about the customers, their documents etc..
I provided all my documents to the seller for verification and go ahead with the booking. She checked and asked me to proceed entering details in the online form and pay the booking amount.
She never verified my details in the form.
Unfortunately, there was a mismatch in spelling for my mother's name in the document and the details entered in the form by me.
The person who booked flights went ahead with the name entered in the online form by me. He/She did not even verify or check the name in the documents.
The issue was identified by me only after some days of booking done.
The seller never noticed any issues, I had to call her, message her and let her know the problems in the overall booking.
After I raised this issue, neither the seller nor the person who booked flight is accepting the responsibility. The MMT staffs were quarreling among themselves about who is responsible for this issue.
As a victim, I ended up paying additional charges for flight ticket cancellation of 7.5k INR.
This is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE and MMT should refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
