MakeMyTrip India — insurance copy not sent after multiple follow ups

Hi,

While booking my flight, i had opted for the insurance in month of 20th sep-19. It has been almost 3 months, i have not received the copy of the insurance.

Makemytrip followup reference no.[protected]

I am following up with makemytrip customer support from last week but everytime i get a response that their offline booking team is working on the same and they will revert within 24 hours.

Yesterday one of the executive again collected information from me and assured that i will get the copy in next 6 hours but i didn't received it. Again i got a call from another executive today evening mentioning that they are still following up with the offline makemytrip team and will take 48 hours of resolution.

Even i had escalated the issue to [protected]@makemytrip.com but didnt receive any response from them.
