cheating by make my trip

I am a black member and was informed by mail that ibwould be exempt from convenience fees
On 14/9/2019 i bought an international ticket london - mumbai and return kolkata to london and was charged a convenience fee of rs 1019.00.
Please refund this as i am not supposed to be charged any convenience fees per mail sent by you on 26 july 2019 when i became a mmt black member.

During the booking of flight ticket at no cost emi the make my trip has stated that intrest amount will be refunded within 21 days. I had not recieved the amount yet. It is now stating that we have to wait three months. It is cheating the customers doing money frauds. To my utter dismay, seat numbers were not allotted and when i tried to block my seats in etihad flights, i have been advised to pay rs.16, 000/- additionally for allotment of seats. emi service on purchase

I made flight booking under ref:nn[protected] for mumba-delhi-kathmandu-mumbai on 11th sept 2019. I used their emi option for payment but when i receive the card statement, no emi is shown and i am asked to pay full amount as per the card statement.

Taking up the matter with their chat personnel is not effective since he does not appear to know the process....

Booking I'd : NF[protected]

I have paid all amount for my booking I'd mentioned above.

I have not received tax invoice, so yesterday I asked for that from MMT. Executive told me that Rs 1250 is pending to pay.

I have paid total amount then why they are asking to pay Rs 1250.

Also MMT is unable to provide invoice showing infant charges separately.

mmt doesn't care about the customer when any issue arises

I booked a oyo room thru mmt for my friend. The stay starts from 18th sept, 2019 (Tomorrow) to 25th sept, 2019. When i called the hotel to inform late check-in, i was informed by the hotel that they no longer have contract with oyo and cannot allot a room. I contacted mmt and they told me that they will get back to me within 1 and half hours. But its more than 8 hrs now. I didn't even got a single call till now. Meanwhile i called mmt 3 times...

money deducted from account

I had booked a flight ticket from kolkata to mumbai from makemytrip for the 15th of october. The money got deducted from my axis bank account but the site showed transaction could not be completed,. I did not get my ticket. One ticket from mumbai to kolkata got booked but the other one from kolkata to mumbai showed technical error dure to which i lost my money....

I have booked a oyo hotel 1st, but mmts' assistant shifted to me to another oyo due to technical issues. I have already paid the amount for the room what i had booked (1032rs). Your assistant said me that she will transfer the money to new oyo. But the hotel authorities said me that we have to pay more money. Your assistant paid only 400 something to this. I just would like to let you know that you have a pathetic customer care. The booking was not done but my amount was deducted there has been no response what so ever from mmt. There is no way i am booking my tickets from your lousy web site! Horrible experience. There is a absolutely no way i cant get to any customer care executive. Finally explain one thing, how can i chat with a bot about a booking that failed to realize....

We had planned a trip to wayanad (Booking id: nh[protected]. But could not complete the trip due to floods there. We checked with mmt help desk and it was mentioned that trip date can be postponed.
