MakeMyTrip India — International flight booking refund not processed

I had made flight booking from Mumbai to London via Air Andia on MakeMyTrip. The flight was cancelled by AirIndia and MakeMyTrip initiated refund to me. The refund calculation was incorrect and on reaching out to MakeMyTrip they confirmed the same and informed me via mail that amount of Rs. 3360 was remaining to be refunded and it will be refunded after 30 days. I have mail from MakeMyTrip confirming the same and this mail was sent to me on[protected]. I am yet to receive the refund amount from them and have tried multiple times to talk to MakeMyTrip via customer care/email/app channels but I am not able to talk to them about my cancelled booking. Their system simply disconnects the call saying every time that refund is processed and same happens on app too. They no longer respond to emails and it has been a really tough time for me during covid times to let go of my money. Please help me out.
