I Booked a flight through Make my trip before the pandemic due to the international travel ban, the flights were canceled. I thought i might use the ticket later so i did not cancel the ticket immediately
A few months before the expiry of the ticket i contacted make my trip to cancel my ticket so i can get the refund and they said they will transfer it to my account as soon as it is refunded by the airline..
Over a period of now 7 months i have been following up with make my trip to no avail. I contacted the airline who has told me that i had requested for the refund well in time but make my trip did not submit the documents to the airline properly hence the refund was rejected by the airline multiple times (And i have this in writing), make my trip should following up being an aggregator and travel agent in such cases . Now the airline says that the ticket has expired so they cannot issue a refund, so make my trip should do something abut this and give me the refund
When i call make my trip customer care, they say we will get back to you in 24 or 48 hours and no one gets back to me, and i have to call back and hear the same thing over again!!
