MakeMyTrip India — Intimation by the make my trip about prepone of flight.

I had booked my tickets on make my trip in the month of October 2021 for travel from Jammu to Banglore on 8th December 2021 and my return ticket on 28th December 2021.
My main concern is that my flight from Delhi to Jammu was preponed by Indian Airlines from AI 9613 departing at 17.05hrs from Delhi to AI 821 departing at 10.50.while at this time I was supposed to travel from Banglore to Delhi viaAI505 departing at 10.25 hrs on 28th December 2021. Nobody intimated me neither make my trip nor Air India. I came to know about this change when I was doing web check and I found error . I tried to contact Air India and it took me four hours to get my self adjusted in early flights so that I could catch my flight from Delhi to Jammu which was preponed from 17.05 to 10.50 hrs. Make my trip did not intimate me about the change of schedule and tickets with same timing was shown on my trips and neither toll free number was working nor landline had option. I as senior citizen had horrible experience having remain awake so that I could get to airport at 3.00 in the morning. Make my trip ask for trip insurance which I had already done but no compensation is coming forth from them. Now I have decided not to make any reservation with make my trip. I will be sharing this information on social media so that everyone will come to know how make my trip takes commission and forgets about customer.
