I Dr Saravanan have booked Air Arabia flight from Bangalore to Dammam via Sharjah with PNR no 6059NA through MakeMyTrip website on 14th oct 2025 journey date on 17th oct 2025 passenger name being DEVI SARAVANAN. Now I'm unable to do web check-in with the given PNR No and it shows as invalid PNR No. The payment was debited from my IndusInd Credit card account for Rs 22, 788/- However the ticket was booked but the status of the PNR is showing as Invalid. When I tried reaching out to the customer care, I'm unable to contact the given number which also seems like invalid number. Now I'm unable to either do web check-in or even cancel the ticket... but the payment has been made and not able to contact the make my trip customer care... Was this information helpful?
