MakeMyTrip India — Issue related to refund

My 2 flights were rescheduled in february, one was from Delhi to Silchar and the other one was from Silchar to delhi. I have canceled my flights and asked for a refund, but I haven't received any confirmation yet about the refund status. Kindly look into it. I'm attaching the needful details for your reference.

I have tried several times to their customer care no but no response in refund status as there was no option in that number. I have sent an email to them but have not received any response. I have then mailed the concerned flight authorities about my concern, and to my surprise they have already processed my refund but the travel agency is having some discrepancy.
