MakeMyTrip India — jamna travels jammu chandigarh to dehradun bus ticket booking

I had booked a jamna travels-jammu from chandigarh to dehradun on 15 june, 2019 for 17 june, 2019. My makemytrip booking id was nu[protected] and paid amount was rs. 2750 for two persons (One male and one female). On monday me and my husband reached at isbt 43, chandigarh at 3:30 a. M. But there was no bus on counter of dehradun. I make call to operators by contact no's mentioned in ticket several times till 4:10 a. M. But one no. Was switched off i. E. [protected] and no one picked the call of other one i. E. [protected]. Some persons said that this bus came outside the bus stand. So, my husband stood outside the bus stand and me at dehradun counter inside bus stand. We wait their till 4:30 a. M. But there was no bus. Meanwhile when no operator picked the call then i contact to costumer care but they replied that this helpline was available only from 9 a. M. To 12 p. M. What the hell is this. I had all call details. I called the operator several times and also i was on right time at boarding point but their was no bus. I booked the bus from makemytrip because this is a genuine site. Now they don't refund money according to rules. Also there was no gps to track the bus. At least they have to provide accurate boarding location and also correct contact numbers of operators. So that no one suffer such situation.
