[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — make my trip coupon not applied

I made a booking for the flight from patna to jammu (Booking id:nf[protected]) from my account ([protected][protected]@gmail.com). I applied the "mmtwedpr" coupon code and it showed me that the same successfully applied on my booking. But mmt says that it is not applied and because of that they can't process my cashback of rs. 1499/-. I contacted mmt support team and as per them i have not used that code for my booking whereas i remember clearly in all my senses that i have applied the code and i also have my friend who was present during booking and we saw that the coupon applied successfully.

When i insisted for the reason they did send me the log which i can not understand. I tried to go through that and i found that it is showing error 2-4 times. I would request mmt to relook into this issue and refund the same to my respective account.
