Promised one thing and given one thing spoke to the supervisor(Ujjwal) on the day of departure before 3 hours ago and he confirmed that the refund amount could be of 2000 rs but given a refund of Rs1100... contacted again to resolve the issue but the another supervisor(Gourav) not able to transfer the CALL TO team lead and the team lead is not ready to take the phone call...Bull ### company ### with people money i hope these kind of travel...

I have booked 3 star hotel paradise mansion in mussoorie from makemytrip from 1june 18-5june 18. I arrived there on 1 june they offered me room outside main hotel saying non availability of room due to high demand. I found spiders in that room i called makemytrip early morning at 7a. M as i killed a spider at 4 a. M after which we are not able to sleep. Hotel does not offer any room inside main hotel saying non-availability of room so i checked...

Dear sir,
This is really very ridiculous on mmt part.
Yesterday i recieve an email saying that the remaining amount for my booking is rs 26021, please find the email attached.
I paid the amount and the interface said nothing remaining for this booking... Snapshot attached.
Again i am forced to pay extra amount.

I want to escalate this matter and would like to file this.

mmt cancellation fee on top of airline cancellation fee

I have made flight reservation from chennai to kolkata, for which they have charged me 820rs convenience fee for the reservation. When i was trying to cancel the reservation, they are charging airline cancellation fee + mmt cancellation fee (Close to 1200 rs) plus no return on convenience fee. They are literally charging 2000rs for flight reservation and cancellation within 48 hours. This is really not fare and this company is looting money...
