Hi, i did my booking with makemytrip for my honeymoon to spain.. When i was about to book, they said they have a visa refund policy and that is applicable only when i book within the same day and my money will get refunded in case of any visa rejection, so i also payed the amount on same day. So they asked us to pay 45, 000 as confirmation and after one month they sharply called for another payment 52, 000.. Meanwhile we attended visa interview where we got rejected in interview saying no proper documents which makemytrip didn’t guide us properly, so they asked to pay extra 5000 each (For me and my fiancé) for getting one more interview.. Inspite of that, our schegen visa got rejected due to some reason,.. Now when i am requesting for a refund they are ignoring and saying that they wont repay money back... That 1 lakh was my savings that i did for 2 years. I lost everything now.. I very much disappointed and broken. These companies are really dot care about common people. Others please be careful with makemytrip, dont pay any money other than your visa fees when u book a trip with them... Or better to go for separate visa agencies.

Note : anjana (Chennai) was the consultant who took my booking and ignored after visa got rejected.

Karthik - takes care of visa formalities which he didn’t do properly

Abishek damini - who promised that he would do some help but just made us come to office again n again causing depression.

    I booked at t3 terminal i booked hotel the class for 3 hr stay
    There was no drinking water in room
    I checked in at 1 am 23 july 2018
    Left at 3 am
    Mmt charged 3500 rs at t3 make my trip, stating good hotel with drop at airport t2
    I thing this is rediculas for such type of hotel
    This destroyes yr image
    Below is my city bank tarngection in yr favour
    On way to hotel this hotel tarrigf on google map ws 1600, even u add drop it will be 2000rs
    How u charged 3500
    We loose faith in your brand
    Pl prevent such type of cheatinf

        Due to certain adjustments I have rescheduled the ticket to 04.07.2018 and I have paid additional charge of Rs.8066/- . But the invoice I have received is for Rs.12, 120/-

        The problem is not resolved till now. Make My trip please inform how long will you take to resolve the issue ? If this is the case of issuing an invoice, it proves how bad your customer service level. For an invoice does it require months together to investigate...

          I had booked a flight and availed no cost emi offer and forgone the discount of Rs.5000. However, my bank has charged me interest. When contacted the customer care, they tell that i have opted for EMI option and not for no cost EMI.
          Initially they told me that the offer is not applicable to ICICI bank. Then i shared the screen shot which I took to prove my point. However, now again they say that i opted for no cost emi and that too for 6mths which doesnt have the cashback offer.
          The page is quite misleading and fooling the customers. The page itself do not have other option wherien i can opt for EMI directly which they claim.
          I want the cashback of interest porttion charged or give the discount which was rejected for availing this offer.

            But when I tried cancelling one of my flight booking, I was asked to pay the cancellation penalty. Booking ID-

            When I saw there is a cancellation charge, I changed the date to a different date of travel(because anyways I had to pay the cancellation penalty).

              I got a communication from Jet Airways that my flight from Bangalore to Kolkata (9W-661) on 17th Oct, 2018 is cancelled. For refund or alternate flight booking my travel agency i.e. MMT is supposed to help me out. But when I call the customer care number, it says that my flight is still confirmed. Not able to connect to any customer care executive as the IVR does not have any such option.

                makemytrip booked flight tickets on wrong date

                Ive book 4 tickets for hyderabad to chennai and chennai to hyderabad for aug 16 and aug 19 but after completing my booking on makemytrip app, it shows that i have booked for September 16 and 19 which is totally wrong. I tried to cancel tickets but MMT is refunding only 1500 in total of 16500rs ticket. This is totally fraud. And there is way to talk to makemytrip customer care about it....

                I had a booking for Mumbai Newark on 8th July 2018 but since my passport was still with the consulate I was not able to fly, so called make my trip for date change as on the ticket provided to me by mmt mentioned date change penalties of RS 7250 from 0 hrs to 365 days but the call center refused to do date change or refund and asked to contact air India and the air India asked to.contact mmt. I was misguided by mmt and because of that had to bear the loss of more than 1 lakh rupees.

                  I booked Hotel salil in bangkok through makemytrip where it is shown that this is a 4 star property. However when I searched on internet after booking I you d that it is a 3 star property. The booking is non refundable. I called customer care and they promised to call me back in 24 hours, however I did not receive any call back. Soon I will file a police complaint as its like selling Nokia phone inside iPhone cover. It's case of fraud

                    Yesterday, I had called and requested for a date change for one passenger on one leg of my Round trip flight from Hyd to BOM.

                    The Booking ID is NF[protected]. The call was attended to by Richa. After verification, she called me back and sent me a link on my phone for an additional payment of Rs 1850, which I made. Later after 4 hours she called and said she is having technical issues and since then I do not have any mail from MMT or anyone about the change of my flight.

                    There is no forum provided to send a mail and if you call you are told to go online and disconnected. This is a classic case of being given the run around, with no avenue to have the matter head.

                      Recently Indigo flights operating from Delhi terminal 1 and 2, in general we use to book connecting flight from Jaipur to Raipur and never faced a problem for airport changing but on 11-07-18 we got flight from jaipur to delhi Terminal-1 and than from terminal 1 to terminal 2 and that too with my old age parents m-81 and f-76.
                      If flight is not connecting why we suggest in connecting flight and if not connecting you are not suggesting terminals while booking, as per your policy the harassment of people is not desired so its better to quit the make my trip and INDGO who doesn't have clear policy just for money playing with passengers.
                      We appriciate JET and AIR INDIA they got only one terminal not spread like INDIGO to confused travelers

                        Very unfortunate that the team handling the case is unprofessional and only wants to hear the partner. Your team wants me to share the picture of the Graveyard??? They want me to share the picture of the rooms which were 3 on one side and other 2 on one side??? Your team wants to share the picture of how the staff at the hotel was speaking, pcitures of thier action??? MMT team wants to share the picture of Jet in the barrooms being repaired, , bloody why don't u ask your team to go and check the register if hotel had booked a complaint. The hotel wants me to share the picture of earlier room which i was given and the other room which I was given, when I was only give directly one room only and we asked them to downgrade due to Graveyard, which they didnt do... I asked the MMT to have a call to any of the 1 2 members on the tour and check with anyone if any one of this is not true. Including the food for which I paid but nothing was there wrt Indiana and Veg Food. Even I asked the team to speak to the kids if they wana and let us have the conversation alongwith Hotel, , , but they are only coming back and asking me the proof of what??? There are many more complaint its only 50% what I have mentioned here and now this will go on the social medias too

                        NH[protected] pl. find the booking ID.Also I dont see MMT is taking in any much interest, while they have created 4 escalation, they are all within customer care team who even don;t know how to speak to a customer and handle escalation cases. Executive were only interested in buying time and asking me sir do not escalate to next desk and if I have done after waiting for no response they dont bothered. I dont know how Mr. Kalra be one of the judges for ET awards when he doesnt know of basic what is happening in his companies and neither interested to know after writing him too and the mgt.

                          I made an international Flight Booking on Make My Trip.com on 13th July'2018. While making the booking you promised a cashback of Rs. 6000 on the make my trip wallet by using a deal code flynew. I completed the booking and the Rs. 6000 was credited to my Make my trip wallet account. The catch is that you cannot use all the money for a new booking. This is fraud and misleading the customer. When you mean wallet everyone assumes that it will be like PAYTM etc. where the money can be utilised for other bookings. You only allow Rs.450-Rs.500 to be used maximum at one time for one booking and the money expires in 60 days. That means that you have to make either 13 domestic flight bookings or 12 international flight bookings in two months. How can someone possible use that money?? This is FRAUD and cheating the customer by designing policies in such a way that the customer can never benefit and use words like wallet as everyone will assume that it works like mobile wallet like PAYTM.
                          My request to all MMT users to stop using such fraudulent websites as only when we stop giving them business they will stop chetaing us

                            I booked one room in park inn hotel by Radisson on 08th July 18 .I was at IGI Airport. But unfortunately the location of hotel was selected Bilaspur(Which is very far away from Air port) instead of Mahipalpur Delhi.My amount was deducted at the same time. I requested to Make my trip and Hotel staff to cancel and refund but they refused to do this. Then I request to location change but again they denied. Finally to save my money, I plan to go hotel but they denied to give cab service also. In last, I lost money.
                            There is no any little cooperation from your service.

                            I request to refund my amount.

                              I purchased a ticket on Make my Trip and the first time the payment failed (thats what the website said), so I paid again I note that my bank statement shows that the same amount has been debited twice. MakeMyTrip said the money would be refunded, but despite several emails and complaints - I have not got any support.

                                Have booked a hotel COMFORT INN, in banda (uttar pradesh)for my seniors through makemytrip for 8th july 2018, they charged rs 3799/- for one night stay for two persons in a small city like banda from us.
                                but when they checked into that hotel and had chat with the manager/owner, he said that rates given by MMT are very high and we don't charge such a huge amount from our customers in this city.
                                he offered very low prices for the same room.almost 50-55% less the MMT.
                                it shows that MMT is trying to make money at any cost from his customers and customer satisfaction is not mandatory for them.
                                today i had word with their customer care executive in morning and she said that YES their rates are different then the hotel rates and those are much higher.

                                  This is Neha Arora and this is regarding my Booking id NN[protected] have been trying to get my issue resolved since 7 June. I am not at all satisfied by the way my case is being handled. I could not board my flight as i could not web check in due to some error from your side or the airlines I don’t know but despite having e tickets in my hand i was not able to board the flight ( i was told to buy my boarding passes and luggage fee for 60€ and 45€ each respectively)
                                  I just want my tickets amount to be refunded which i had paid already. Neither the airlines nor MakeMyTrip wants to take the responsibility.
                                  I need to talk to a Senior Authority regarding this

                                  I was assured i would get refund after cancelling
                                  Now its showing that there is no refund
                                  Why such a fraud
                                  I should have taken a screenshot when it was promising
                                  Otherwise i would not cancel and rebook
                                  I have booked a train ticket from jammu to delhi. I have made payment through net banking. The fare of Rs 970 has been deducted from my account bt I didn't received any confirmation mail or sms. Please refund my money.

                                    invoices showing other charges and fees when asked for gst bills

                                    I recently booked international travel tickets through MMT and the invoices provided to me show one head as ‘other charges and feees’without any information for customers as to it’s details -seems there are some hidden charges which the company is not disclosing to customers.
                                    If there are charges there should be the clear breakup of it with intimation to the customers that such charges would have to be incurred by them.However...
