I have booked flights in make my trip app and due to covid lockdown i did not travel as the flight operator did not operate the flight and the money i have paid is lost. I unable to get in touch with make my trip as they dont have any customer care persons attending the call neither they are repsponding.

I need my money back so that i can book a flight for no reason they are holding my money and it doesn't even show as credits in my account.
