I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with MakeMyTrip, I initiated the cancellation more than 15 days ago, and despite the airline promptly refunding the amount to MakeMyTrip on the same day, I have yet to receive my refund.
The lack of communication and failure to process the refund in a timely manner is highly distressing. I urge you to address this issue urgently and expedite the refund process, as the delay in returning my money is unacceptable.
