I made a following resort booking from MMT:

Resort: Tree of Life Resort & Spa, Jaipur for 5th to 7th Dec’25
Requested MMT to upgrade my room from Garden room to Pool room and if they can upgrade I was ok to take it from 6th to 8th Dec’25 as well.
They could not upgrade my room request and instead got the booking dates changed to resort and never informed me that my booking dates has been changed from 5-7 Dec’25 to 6-8 Dec’25. Therefore I reached to Jaipur on 5th Dec’25 and via hotel got to know that booking dates have been changed.
MMT did the blunder of changing dates and did not even informed me about it. Make my trip executive and escalation manager (Amrita chetri, Shiv, Ayush Mishra, Gaurav Verma) could not help me anyhow while i was standing outside resort with my family and I had to return back to Delhi on the same day. They spoiled my family’s whole trip.
Now they are not refunding my rupees 58622/-. I need to report this fraud and want my refund back.
I will escalate this issue to media channels and consumer court.

48 hours are already passed and no resolution/further communication received so far, which sounds again that MMT team is trying to fool me and want me to keep waiting for infinite time.
From 5th dec till today its been 11 days and I am not able to understand what type of review is going on wherein everything is crystal clear that MMT did not communicated me ever about date being changed.
Refund my amount please. I cannot lend my 60k to MMT for more time now.
