MakeMyTrip India — MMT don't care about its passengers

Me, my wife and my kid (5yrs) were travelling from Thenkasi to Chennai in National Travels bus booked through make my trip. Our bus started from the pickup point at 20.25 hrs. Just before reaching Rajapalayam around 10PM the bus met with an accident killing a bike rider on the spot. We were left in the middle of the highway at night 2300Hrs with a kid by our side without any assistance. The makemy trip agent was only apologetic that he cannot do anything from his side nor from the travel side. My trip was insured. They should have taken care of all the damages which was not done. The police helped us to catch a govt. Bus to rajapalayam at that time and from there we got another bus to chennai with only one seat available and I had to make my wife and kid be seated and I traveled for 2.5 hrs to Madurai without a seat, standing. All three o[censored]s were exhausted and restless by the time we reached chennai. And we were supposed to resume our work after two days of leave which we could not since we reached home only by 12 pm. Such irresponsible companies who don't care about their passengers safety.
