MakeMyTrip India — mmt is not refunding my money after giving confirmation on call about the full refund.

I have booked a flight to and fro from bangalore to japan from march 20th to april 5th. Booking reference no. Nn[protected]. The ongoing flight was cancelled by malaysia airlines on 17th march. Mmt didn't provide me with any alternate flight. I called them, and they agreed to give full refund for the cancellation because the flight was cancelled by airlines. I trusted them, because my 2 friends booked the same tickets using yatra in the same flight for same dates, and they got full refund in their bank accounts within 3 days of cancelling the tickets.
From 17th march till 25th march, i called mmt many times, and they informed that my refund is under process, and i will get the same within 30 days, and then they extended this duration and said 45-60 days. Now, after sitting and waiting patiently for 45 days, when i started enquiring again about my refund, they finally decided to check with malaysia airlines about the refund. Airlines now have updated their policy and is not providing the refund anymore, instead it is providing the travel vouchers, which i can used to do booking within 31st december. What am i suppose to do with a travel voucher of 80, 000inr, when i don't have any plans of traveling in near future. Moreover when the airlines themselves cancelled the ticket, and mmt assured me of full refund over call when i cancelled the ticket, why should i take travel vouchers because of carelessness of mmt?
Airlines did provided full refund to my friends having the exact same ticket which was booked using yatra, it means the airlines was providing the refund that time. I cancelled my tickets with mmt the same day, when my friends cancelled their tickets using yatra, then why should i suffer the loss? Mmt have stopped replying to mails, or giving call backs. Malaysia airlines is one of the most hopeless airlines i have seen. Everytime i post them with a question in twitter (As that's the only way to contact them), they ask to check with my travel agent (Mmt) which again is a useless travel agency, or to talk to their local sales team, when i ask malaysia airlines about the contact no. Of their india branch, they tell they don't have any contact no. For the same.

I have been struggling to get my hard earned money of 79800 inr from mmt since 17th march. I don't see any reason, why airlines have refunded for 2 pnrs of same flight booked using yatra, and is not ready to give refund for the other pnr of two passengers booked using mmt. As airlines said that i have booked my tickets using mmt, as i have paid money to them, mmt should provide me full refund asap, as promised. I am tired of waiting and following over last 2 months.
