[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — mmt wallet payment option is not there for flight booking

I received 700/- cashback in my mmt wallet and i want to use that for flight booking. I was looking to book for bangalore to goa flight but mmt wallet was not present as the payment option.
I found the terms and condition section showing that i should be able to use the wallet money for flight and hotel booking, but makemytrip is such a fraudulent company that i could not even use that for flight booking.
After giving a blind try on different browsers to find mmtwallet as payment option, i thought of calling the customer care number. The automated voice response is also so pathetic that i haven't find any option to find there executives. The number redirection is of no use. I am not sure if any people have ever found a solution with that automated customer care number.
So they offer cashback to the customer but the cashback amount also remains with them only. Such a great way of cheating.

Yesterday i have book my hotel the price was only 790 but from my account was charges 1494 so pleasw return my extra charges money back...

Same thing.
A) I have 500+ bucks in my wallet, right now.
B) I'm on the final payments page.
C) I'm logged in.
D) But, No friggin way to use the money in my wallet.

Make My Trip is just openly making a fool of everyone with it's Ponzi schemes. I'm surprised, there are not many complaints on this, when the internet and quora is filled with questions from naive consumers asking around on how to use the money in their wallet, while the cheeky MMT so easily get's away with Apologizing to just one o[censored]s.

And here I thought, it was the MNC's that rob us, and Indian companies like MMT are meant to empower us Indians.

Well Played MMT.
