MakeMyTrip India — Money deducted twice for one flight ticket

Hi,

For Booking ID NF7AIH6M[protected], one flight ticket from Madurai to Delhi, money has been deducted twice via UPI, each of INR 10803. The UPI transaction IDs are :[protected] and[protected]. Two payments have been made for one flight ticket.

I am unable to reach the MMT customer care to resolve this. Kindly requesting the team to help with this, and some legit way to get in touch with real human customer care agents, where automated IVR lines are not helpful.
