MakeMyTrip India — Money got debited but flight not confirmed

Hello Team,

I tried a book a flight on Makemytrip 3 days ago i.e; 6th January 2022 from Bengaluru to Jammu, but my amount got debited and I did not receive any booking details nor showing in the pending requests. I tried reaching out on customer care number, but it is a pathetic service as call doesn't get connected to anybody even after hours of wait.I waited 3 days as per refund policy but still didn’t got any response.

Details of the Booking done are below:
