MakeMyTrip India — Money not refunded after 10 days of cancellation of ticket

I have booked a ticket with MMT on 22 Jul 25 with booking ID NU[protected] and transaction ID T2507222308113911181178. But my ticket got cancelled by MMT due to non-confirmation of seat. Therefore, I called MMT about my refund and they told me that refund will be credited in your account in 02 days. But its almost 10 days i have not get my refund and MMT is also not responding to my calls.
