Booking ID: NC[protected]
This was booking for a cab from my home to airport in Bangalore airport. the cab met with an accident at the beginning itself and I had to take another car at my expense. I am also billed by makemytrip for he same.
In MakeMyTrip app the ride is shown as completed, but there is absolutely no option to contact support and speak to or mail MakeMyTrip on the issue, since the ride is shown as completed. Even on the GST invoice, there is no valid contact number or email id. There is no way I get an refund for this right now Was this information helpful? |
