I can't find an option to delete my account.
For context: I decided to delete my account after the following events:
- I had changed my phone number years ago and lost access to it. But to change the registered phone number in MMT, I need access to the old number. (Of course, I still have access to my registered email address, but that's not enough.)
- I made a booking from this account after logging in with my email address. While making the booking, I used my credit card and chose the option to NOT save my card. However when I tried to make another booking, I found my card had actually gotten saved and they asked me to just provide its CVV. So I checked if there was an option to delete my saved card, and couldn't find any.
- I tried to reach the customer care but I was met with multiple dead ends with automated answers that are completely irrelevant to me, and couldn't reach a human. I finally called the US customer care number through Skype and got easily connected to a human. I asked to resolve the two problems listed above, and they kindly told me that it's not possible.
With that, whatever left of my trust in this company got evaporated, and would like to close my account, and delete all information associated with it, including (especially) saved cards.
