[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — No response to refund request

For MMT Booking ID NF[protected] I raised refund request on 24-Dec-2021 due to flight cancelled by airlines and I got acknowledgement. But when I checked MMT app after 1-Jan-2021 my trip this trip vanished from Completed trips section. MMT customer care number has IVR only no human representative to talk about this issue. There is no MMT customer care email id also. I got confirmation from airlines that if MMT contacts their Refunds department, amount would be refunded. Request for speedy resolution. Jan 22, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved MMT representative contacted me over phone based on my prior refund request raised in MMT and helped to get refund to MMT wallet and later to my bank account. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

For MMT Booking ID#NU[protected] I raised refund request on 16-April-2022 due to Bus cancelled by Operator and I got acknowledgement that "Your Request for Bus Cancelled by the Operator is submitted" and "Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days." and today is 8-May-2022 with no response till date. MMT customer care number has IVR only no human representative to talk about this issue. There is no MMT customer care email id also. I need my Refund. Request for speedy resolution.
