MakeMyTrip India — Not able to transfer MMT wallet money to my bank account

I booked a flight for New Delhi to Kolkata on 03.08.2021 for journey on 08.08.2021. However, because of some reason I cancelled the flight on 06.08.2021. At the time of refunding the amount, I selected transfer the money to original payment mode i.e Credit Card. However, the money got credited to my wallet and I am not able to transfer my money to my credit card account. I tried to reach makemytrip customer care but no one is picking up the call. Their website is pathetic. I tried to email them my concern but no reply came. In their portal in my wallet page there is no option to transfer my money to credit card account.

I want to raise complaint against makemytrip for cheating customer's money and not even picking up call to address my concern.
