MakeMyTrip India — Not allowing me to use my credit note issued by United Airlines

I have booked a ticket for San Frasisco to Mexico on 4 th Dec, 2023 unfortunately I could not travel on that day, so after writing to United Airlines and make my trip, I got a credit note that I can make an International Travel within a year thru United Airlines. I have to book a ticket from India to Canada thru United Airlines as I have to reach to my daughter for medical emergency by 25th July.
I am a professor, I really can not spend so much money while there is a credit note issued to. Ms Priya, Mr. Syed, Ms Monisha and many other officer I have spoken, no solution. Now Ms Priya has mentioned I can not be connected as if my phone and my mail Id are blocked.
