I tried to book an international flight worth 59310 yesterday using MMTICICIFESTINT coupon, but got an error that "MMTICICIFESTINT wont work for selected payment option".I tried again yesterday for a domestic flight with MMTICICIFEST, and got the same error.

The customer care executive gave email id which is of "no-reply" in nature.

I booked a ticket from Indore to Tirupati through Makemy Trip website. The ticket fare got paid through GPay and money got deducted but the ticket failed. A pathetic customer care service called me and asked about the issue and I informed full details. However, no issue did not resolve....

On 9th of july i made a payment for a hotel through MMT but it failed still my money got deducted from my bank account .plzz help me get my money back....

I yesterday booked a flight ticket from Raipur to Kochi, Kerala, India using Make my trip site . In the site they had not displayed a direct flight available from Raipur to Kochi and so I booked another convenient flight but later in Indigo site I saw a direct flight. This is cheating by them and harassment to a senior citizen.

Ridiculous service by make my trip.. Traveling from bangalore to mumbai and mumbai to bangalore for very important work and i had to lock the price for me and my toddler.. I was given 24 hours to book the tickets for the same price.. I booked a hotel on 23rd February for 4 nights stay from 24th January 2024 to 28th January 2024. I made my booking through Make My Trip and paid the full amount. 1) The cab sent was Hyundai Xccent and I can say it was not sanitized at all as there were lots of mosquitoes and we kept complaining to the driver regarding this. (was having fever because of this and that's why I complained after 2 days)

from your website for Pune to Shirdi for Rs 5367 and I saw that you have mentioned "Best Price Guaranteed" under that station if I found any cheaper price for the same route you will refund me 5 times the actual cost of the trip.

I have booking yesterday ticket from makemytrip and they deducted payment from my credit card but didn't send booking details. When i went to airline website they ask us to check with agent since there is no booking available with this name or requested PNR no to check which is also not available in booking with Makemytrip. When i called makemytrip for this instances they simply told that booking not done and we will refund to your account....
