I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the completely unprofessional handling of my hotel booking with you.
I had a confirmed booking at Gem Palace Hotel, Chennai from 25th June to 6th July, made through MMT. The booking was secured and confirmed from your end. However, shockingly, I received a call from one of your representatives informing me that the booking has been rejected — without any prior notice, email communication, or justification.
Since then, I’ve been relentlessly calling your support team for clarity, but the responses have been completely unhelpful and inconsistent. One representative says the booking is “rejected, ” while another assures me it’s “100% confirmed.” What exactly is going on? This is not just poor service — it’s irresponsible and misleading.
Let me be very clear:
This trip is urgent and unavoidable. My railway tickets are already booked, and this sudden cancellation has put me in a serious situation. I have had to scramble to make alternate arrangements, likely at a much higher cost — all because of MMT’s negligence. Was this information helpful? |
