I was travelling from vadodara to mumbai and back. While going on 2nd december they sent me the boarding pass . But on my return journey on 5th december, inspite of calling 10 times their customer care they did not respond. Their call centers had a similar voice over that go on website. A big company like this does not have people to talk to customers is sheer shameful and very dissapointing and unprofessional.
I am very upset being a senior citizen had a great trouble. I had to collect the boarding pass from indigo people. I paid all the ticket money, seat money to them, but they failed to sen me the boarding pass of 6-e-138 flight from mumbai to vadodara on 5th december Was this information helpful? |
