[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — novel way of cheating public through night charges after payment done

On 28tha march, 2018 i booked one way cab from delhi airport to chandigarh and make all the payments (Rs 2367) through my agent bm travels. This was all inclusive fare.
However, during the travel, the driver ask rs 250 extra as driver night charges.

When we book, we clearly mention required cab date and timings at the start window of booking.in my case, the cab was required at 10 pm in night. As per amount displayed, payment was done (100%). What is means, if cab is required at 10 pm and price displayed accordingly. Payment too done accordingly.

During the entire booking, procedure, they never discuss about ths payment. They mention only in voucher after payment.

I am of the view that by publishing this story will help millions of consumers from getting cheated.
