I had booked a hotel using makemytrip.com for my upcoming trip to bali. I had chosen one of the premium rooms (Called ocean room) for my stay but when i contacted the hotel for a casual verification, i was surprised to know that a lower grade room was booked in my name. The makemytrip voucher still has the premium room which also says pay at hotel. So, not only did i end paying early but i also paid a higher amount and what if i had not dropped...

Please note make my trip is charging the gst but not paying to the government they are cheating the customers by charging the amount. It has happened with many customers in the past. We really dont know are there any laws to handle the same.

We are calling the customer care for last 7 days for bifurcation of invoice. They are just giving reasons that its been escalated. Also the invoice which they have provided the gst amount...

After many follow ups they are not giving any response whether gst bill will provide or not.

I was trying to book a flight from mumbai to chennai for 3 persons. While on payment page, i had applied the below vouchers and it got successfully redeemed. But while paying the remainder of the amount (Which was approx. 5611/-), my page got errored out and i was asked to re-try again.

Now when i did the entire booking again, it shows the actual amount and the vouchers balance is shown as 0. Please refund the gift voucher...
