On 8/11/2025 i had purchase a flight ticket Booking ID: NN7AHSDL[protected] (PNR CSDVWT) from Denpasar Bali-Kuala Lumpur of Thai Lion Airlines via Makemytrip for 6 adults with 20kg baggage limit, On 23/11/2025 when i was checking in from Denpasar Bali airport, my check in was denied by airline attender and said our check in baggage limit is not avaiable as per airlines, at the same time i called makemytrip customer care number and raised this query, on the same call makemytrip executive spoke to flight attender and later suggest me to purchase the baggage by paying with airlines and share the bill to makemytrip and makemytrip will refund the same. On/24/11/2025 as per makemytrip instruction i had share the invoice to makemytrip to initiate the refund, On 2/12/2025 makemytrip after the through check and confirmed me via email stating the refund is initiated and i will get the refund with in 7 days to my source account, but i didnt receive the refund to date. i called makemytrip and email multiple times but i didnt receive the refund still, all i get to here is we will check and get back in 48hrs but no one from makemytrip is initiated refund to my account till date.
