Sector: hyd-bdq Date of journey - 29 may 2019 Names of passengers: manas pal & gorky pal Pnr no: ze1y5s Dear sir/madam, We booked the above air tickets through makemytrip.com, and selected the following seats for the journey: 2e & f. However, we were provided initially through mail and also in the check in counter the following seat nos. 27 d & e. The counter person gave the reason that the booked seats were not reflecting in his system, although we showed the e-ticket provided by the "makemytrip". After a lot of requests, the counter paerson at hyd, provided us the following seats: 3a & b.
