MakeMyTrip India — Payment deducted but no booking done

I tried booking flight from blr to ixr and paid the amount of 3858 using upi (amazon pay). My money got deducted and successfully transaction happened but booking was not done. I dodnot get any booking when the transaction got completed. thereafter i tried contacting makemytrip customer care by every possible way but they have kept all channels cloed to talk to them. both upi vendor and bank confirmed my money is transferred to MMT and its not stuck anywhere. Please get me my money refunded.
