MakeMyTrip India — Payment not refunded for unsuccessful booking

On 27 Dec 2024 has carried out a booking for a hotel stay in Mysore, Karnataka costing Rs 4107. The booking was unsuccessful and the company said that the amount will be refunded. Till date have not yet received the refund.
