MakeMyTrip India — Payment successful but no booking or ticket received

Hello

I had booked a round trip ticket from the Makemytrip website on 30.08.21 to Delhi from Kolkata and vice versa. The flight I had made the payment was- Kolkata - Delhi (T3), Sunday, Sep 05, 21 • 14:15 - 16:50. Indigo flight 6E 6574 • A320 and Delhi (T3) - Kolkata, Friday, Sep 10, 21 • 07:20 - 09:35. Indigo Flight 6E 6573 • A320.The payment of INR 14, 392 has been deducted from the ICICI card ending with xxxx6484 followed by my a/c number xxxxxxxx7384 under the name Sunidhi Singh. Did not receive any booking confirmation or id to check on. Tried calling the MMT customer service they have been saying to check my trips page on their website which showings nothing related to the booking. I hereby request a refund of the amount deducted from my account as soon as possible.
