[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — purchase egift card and gave wrong email by mistake | |||||
I purchased makemytrip egift card worth rs 10000 by mistake gave wrong email i'd. When i call ed customer care they sent me the gift voucher which contains both gift voucher number and voucher pin. I asked them to cancel the voucher and give new one as 10000 for a medium class people is lot. Other person can use it n i'm informing it well in advance... Human errors happen we expect a proper support system to resolve these... When we are buying a card it's like a cash for us.
