I booked cab (Mmt) from delhi to chandigarh 11:30 pm. Cab reached on time but the cab no. And the driver was different as i was traveling with my gf i was concerned abt her safety so i called mmt to verify the cab but they were unable to verify the no. And the original driver was requesting us not to tell abt the changes... I clearly told my problems but they were not ready to refund or provide new cab. Booking id-nc[protected]. It is so heartbreaking when brand like mmt does this to us. It is endorsed by big celebrities and the policy and trust they ensure throug ad. Mmt today left us in dangerous situation and it is so unfair.

    We went to bali booked through make my trip office at salt lake (Kolkata). While returning we came to know that the flight was cancelled a long time ago, but we didn't receive any communication from make my trip, we inquired air asia, but they said they tried several time to contact make my trip but failed.
    It was a total harassment as we were stuck in abroad. We tried to contact the location manager of make my trip (Salt lake kolkata) but he switched off his cellphone just after i descried and asked for help. We tried to contact the landline there and then he told us to keep the bills. It was a total harassment for me and my wife, hence we had to stay one more night and return on our expense. After returning to kolkata, make my trip has continuously ignoring us and did not return our claims yet.

    Please never book through make my trip (Especially from the salt lake office) and go for other vendors which are looking for their customer satisfaction and trust (At least helping the customers at the time of trouble)

    Thank you for looking into our case. We did not provide any email id or phone number while booking. We went to the office and booked it there, they gave us printouts and vouchers. I gave them my email id after few days where they shared the soft copies of the tickets and vouchers. If you want I can forward the email to you. Give me your email id/contact number where I can call you and talk in details.

      I booked a seat in indigo flight from delhi to bangalore through make my trip for 26 feb, 2018 with booking id nf[protected] and that with paying additional full cancellation refund. Due to some change in the plan i booked another flight for 28 feb, 2018 but when i tried to cancel the previous booking it is showing that i will get rs. 0 as cancellation refund. Beside i am cancelling well before time there is no provision for the refund as shown in the site while booking. It is completely wrong to take extra charges to make the booking refundable and then not doing so. I request you to kindly look into the matter so that i can get the refund.

      It's been 3 days and apparently nothing has been done in this regard except a call from your side. And I found it suspecious as the person calling needed my debit card details, even my ATM password, to resolve the issue. I want to know how much time will this whole process of refunding take?
      I m booked bus for 6th feb for pune to goa but my payment has deduct but no booking confirm...

      There is plan called make my trip double black and As I was unable to understand I called make my trip customer care. And they explained me it’s terms and condition and I confirmed thrice with them. And now they tell sorry we can’t fulfill all those. Terms and conditions are written and I have proof of date and call recording
      I also got same issue cant get full refund.
      Even cant talk to there customer care and ticket reply is late.
      They will go down soon due to this. Even these airlines are also luring customers by taking cancellation charges.
      Indian railway should come up with bullet trains and all.

        I booked property named "casa melhor 2bhk in heart of candolim cm060 goa" from 26 jan to 28 jan. On contacting the contact person of property, they told me that this property is already booked and not registered with us" i also followed make my trip but only ivr is connected with no response and then i raised service request that property owner is refused to check in. This is created lot of trouble for me and my wife at goa and we strayed here and there for accommodation.in entire trip we searched for accommodation and could not found better and my entire trip is ruined and money is wasted. I am very unhappy with property owner and make my trip co ordination to earn money via this way. Entertaining booking offline and refusing online bookings to refrain from check in. Serious action must be taken on this. I need at least 20000 rs as compensation on this and some penalty rule must be done with owner of property.

          Hello team,

          I had booked my travel through make my trip cab for two journeys.

          Pune to mumbai airport on 19th jan 2018 - booking id nc[protected] - already refunded.

          Mumbai airport to pune on 28th jan 2018 - booking id nc[protected] - waiting for refund.

          On 16th jan i received a message from make my trip mentioning my cab from pune to mumbai for 19th jan has been cancelled. I called up the customer care and was clearly told that the cabs are not available for said date and hence it has been cancelled. I did plead not to cancel it the last minute as the cabs prices would have increased by then, but to no avail. Then i asked the status of my cab booking from mumbai airport to pune scheduled for 28th jan 2018 and was told “ it has also been cancelled”. Your representative clearly mentioned the same and hence i booked another cab through another vendor. I didn’t take your cab on 28th jan 2018 as you had cancelled it and i am sure you would have the recording of my conversation with your representative. Please refund the amount which i paid as an advance which was supposed to be refunded. I couldn’t track the same as i was out of country and my number was not functional.

          This is a major goo[censored]p on your side. On one hand, you cancel the booking at the last minute and charge for the same as well.

          Look forward to your revert.

          In response to my mail, mmt responded mentioning the second cab for 28th jan 2018 was not cancelled and hence will be charged. Wherein i clearly mentioned that i was told by their representative that the cab has been cancelled. They can always re refer to the recording of the call. This amounts to cheating and harassment. Need resolution.

            We booked our Dubai stay and sight seeing with MMT from 29-Dec-17 to 03-Jan-18 for two rooms (Four adults). I was promised half day city tour on 30-Dec-17, but to my surprise the itinerary printout received by Royal Arabian at the time of check-in at IBIS Deira mentioned city tour on 1st Jan 2018, whereas I had clearly told my plans for 31st and 1Jan to makemytrip sales representative Arti Goel about the same. Point no.2. Burj khalifa booking was supposed to be of 11am which was again clearly communicated and assured by Arti but the same was booked for 23:00 hrs which was again surprising as I had requested for morning hours. Not only that but the miscommunication about pick up from hotel was mentioned in email by mmt representative at 20:00 hrs on 29th December 2017 mismatch with Royal Arabian pick up time of 17:00 hrs. My full day planning was ruined and the pick up did not happen as mentioned by either, i had to make my own arrangements and make people rush for the same. Point no.3. As per my discussion with Venu (representative from Royal Arabian) city tour was rescheduled on 30th December 2017, but no one turned up for pick up, again spoiling my full day schedule as due to all the communication and agreement we had had planned trip to Abu Dhabi which I had to cancel for mismanagement from Make my trip, thus spoiling our plan (three other people associated with me). Point no.4. 1st Jan 2018 as plan shared by MMT it was marina dhow cruise and the pick up was scheduled at 19:15 hrs and suddenly I receive a message from MMT vendor Royal Arabian that the pick up is between 4:30 to 5 pm "pls be ready in the lobby". I was astonished as the printout mentioned pick up between 19:15 - 19:45 . When called MMT vendor, he says sorry we don't have bookings for later so reschedule to earlier cruise. Post lot of agreement disagreement and mental harassment caused to my group, the Royal Arabian representative set up a pick up for 19hrs which was neither mentioned in the mail nor in the printout received. Would like to highlight I was not alone, I had people who trusted my planning and had scheduled their Dubai visit accordingly. What a mental torture is it to trust "Make My Trip" and pay over and above of the cost for so called peak season they mentioned than the actuals and that too have the plan getting rescheduled on daily basis. We made this plan to visit Dubai for relaxing and not to get tortured by MMT.

            This was such an disturbed trip I can't even express. I had to change my daily plans due to mismanagement by Make my trip. I missed so many places and visits which I am not at all happy about. This was a vacation planned to cover all sight seeing possible, but couldn't ..and all thanks to MMT for ruining it.

            How happy was I to get it booked from mmt ...but with my worst ever experience will never recommend Make my trip to anyone.

            Despite of so many mails sent to their customer support all I get is a mail from them saying they want to give me vouchers worth Rs. 3000 which is assume is to keep my mouth shut and not put this on social media. I had also asked their CEO/ MDs email id as the same is not mentioned anywhere on portal. Why cant they be transparent and let their seniors also know about the goo[censored]ps done by Make my trip staff.

            While taking the bookings they used to call me 10 times and now when mishandled and mis-management ..I receive no call from support team.

            I don't believe this spoiling my trip and they want to give me Rs. 3000 voucher for future bookings for a spend against 1, 50, 000 that I paid them.
            Do you think will ever book from make my trip again, to turn my relaxing trip into a mental harassment and torture of listing from others for whom you make the booking just coz they trust you.

            I need justice for the problems faced by me and mistakes made by Make my trip.

              cancellation

              Hi,

              I have booked a round trip ticket from chennai to kolkata and return on 26th jan and 28th jan resp. Due to unavoidable circumstances i had to cancel the tickets and i did it through indigo directly 4 hours before departure on 26th jan. I was told by the agent to contact makemytrip after 24 hours to get my refunds.

              I have been trying to call all the numbers listed everywhere but i am not able to reach a...

              I have booked a round-trip ticket from mumbai to bangalore on 4th dec 2017 (Booking id: nf[protected], 3 persons, travel dates feb 16 (Onward) and feb 26 (Return) under mmt assurance which gives zero cancellation charges at additional cost.

              Due to change in plans, i have cancelled tickets for 2 persons out of 3 (Full cancellation, both onward and return) on 20th jan. When i was cancelling, i was presented inr 8806 on mmt website as refund amount that i will get. After i proceeded with cancellation, the refund got delayed by few hours. When i checked later, i received only inr 1165 as the refund amount (Nf[protected].

              When i contacted the customer care on 27 jan on the discrepancy, the agent mentioned that the zero cancellation is given only if all passengers have cancelled the ticket. However this is not what is presented on the website of mmt, and also the mmt did show zero cancellation (Refund inr 8806) when i tried cancelling for partial set of passengers. The agent share t&c regarding zero cancellation charges, but even that shows that i am eligible for inr 8806.

              Request to intervene and provide justice. Otherwise this is a clear way of cheating customers.

I want my money should be refundable to me as soon as possible and i sue a case against your company in consumer forum.

I booked a cab on 19.1.2018 Friday but the cab did not reach at its expected given time and destination.I am most annoyed that I wasted a time, i faced a very big problem at that moment, i called 8times to your customer care executives. they told me that please booked any local cab. i have all the call records and other details. i trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with your company since last 3 years and have never encountered such treatment before.My impression of your Awful Company has been tarnished, I still waiting for ur response and not getting any refund.

                  Hi there,

                  Have purchased international air tickets yesterday through makemytrip[mmt], though have applied the correct coupon code [hdfcint] mmt is now refusing to refund the cashback of 9000rs saying i haven't applied the code. :) watta crap!!

                  Perhaps these poor fellows are unaware that if i can pay 1lac+ amount from my card entering all correct card details then how would i miss entering the coupon code? :) since i smell a rat have also called their helpline an hour before the booking to confirm about the cashback & code etc and they also agreed about my call details per their records!!!

                  They are the biggest cheater i have ever dealt with, the most funniest part is in this digital world now they are asking to show evidence that i have applied the code i. E. Screenshot of booking window. :):) come on,,, now thats too much... If 9000rs cashback is applicable for the ticket booked on 25-jan using hdfc credit card then what's the super evidence than the credit card number itself which clearly denotes the bank it belongs to i. E. Hdfc or icici or axis.

                  Mmt team if you really wanna steal the cashback monies of your old time customers then why do you come with fake offers to grab away our hard earned monies??? Pl stop it or else u may lose lot more customers including me in future!!! :)

                  Hi folks, just to update you all am yet to get back my cashback amount from MMT. They said they have escalated it to their customer delight team and working on the same !!!

                  Just to be cautious on your part kindly ensure that you take screenshot of your computer/laptop screen while entering discount code :) or else you may also fall prey to the same conspiracy which am facing currently & may lose your hard-earned monies :) MMT may be trying yo save their cashback monies & hence denying it at the 1st place without evidences of screenshots etc in today's digital world :)

                  Hi MMT, Got my refund today after fighting a lot !! My only concern is why in the 1st place it was denied and I have been told that the code is not entered. Is it just to check if the customer is going to give up his cashback amount? Pl respect customers and their hard earned monies and dont let them struggle or fight with you to get the same like I had to do for last couple of weeks .

                    Hi,

                    I want to put forward my complaint stating that just like any other account i want to deactivate mmt account as i didnt like their services and i dont want to receive any promotional mails from them, stating that i called mmt customer care and asked them to remove my account and details from their database to which they denied as they can't do it. I want to complaint that mmt is using it's promotional mails to harass me mentally.

                    why cant there be a way of deactivating and deleting the account?
                    That is like you are not allowing user rights over his data and privacy.

                    I think even facebook has better policy than yours. I am writing to IT cell if this is not getting done.
                    How can i deactivate my account, i am not able to find option on site or mmt app..

                      Worst customer support i've ever imagined... It's like you are fighting for what is your's... I'm first time user and also last timer.. My suggestions for the customer who are going to use mmt is just don't use it... Paytm or other wallets are much much much more better than this #... I'm really pissed by mmt.. And yeah don't # ask me my details... I don't # want your help now...

                        My name is dr elaine rodrigues. Had booked my flight on 14th of jan from goa to bangalore and return on 16th jan from bangalore to goa. Was at the airport at 4pm as the flight was supposed to fly out at 7.15pm but till 9pm the flight hadnt taken off. So cancelled my flight. I have called your customer care at least 5 timesand written umpteen mails. Everytime i get a reply that someone will call back and no one does or an email reply that will be sorted. I got a refund of only 520 rupees instead of the 7422 as promised by your site as an email on cancellation!! And the last time your customer care operator tells me the flight was on time then why would the airlines give us food in the airport as compensation and why did the airlines official sign the airport books and help me leave the airport!! This is a rip off and i dont think i'd want to use your site ever again!!

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          We had booked one-way flight ticket from mumbai to melbourne for my brother mr. Kaushal shah (7 february 2018) for his further studies via makemytrip india (Online).

                          Booking id. Nn[protected]

                          The issue we faced after the booking was with regards to luggage allowance. Please allow me to elaborate the problem below.

                          02 january 2018: we booked the ticket of qantas airlines which mentioned luggage allowance for any passenger (Be it student or normal traveller) is 45kg.

                          The reason to book this airline was qantas has a scheme which states 'additional 5 kg' will be given from qantas if a student is travelling from mumbai to melbourne. This means my brother would have received (45kg as per mmt site which does not include student allowance + 5kg as committed by qantas).

                          05.01.2018: to ensure qantas has received our booking information, we decided to cross-check with regards to booking and raise a request to start procedure for additional 5kg for student allowance.

                          To our surprise, qantas stated no one can give 40kg to normal passenger flying. How did makemytrip give you 45kg upfront. Please cross check with them as we give only 40kg to normal passenger and rest you need to buy the luggage allowance. Though we did inform in the ticket it is already mentioned 45kg allowance.

                          05.01.2018:

                          Same day we immediately reached out to mmt customer care and they said they will look into and get back to us in 24 hours.

                          08.01.2018: we did a follow up call as it was 3 days and there was no response. They said give us 3 more days and we will get back to you.

                          10.01.2018: received a call from customer representative ms. Rachna jaiswal ([protected]@makemytrip.com) and informed this seems to be technical glitch and we will look into it. Meanwhile she emailed stating you may buy additional 5kg and raise a bill on us.

                          We requested this is a cumbersome process for a student at airport. It's better you do it on your own rather than making us do the running. Matter got escalated as this lady din't have enough decision power.

                          On 12.01.2018 received a call from another representative ms. Ritu sharma (Customer delight team) stating we understand the problem and since this has got escalated due to various problems at mmt's end let me get back to you with right solution and don't worry you will need not have to do anything.

                          I did mentioned to her i could have booked 40kg allowance srilankan flight as it was rs. 4500 cheaper. But we booked qantas as it had mentioned 45kg and luggage allowance was important to us.

                          On 18.01.2018: ritu reverted stating 45kg has been done from our end and revised ticket will be issued to you soon. (Note: till date we haven't received the revised ticket)

                          Again we decided to cross verify with revised ticket with qantas airlines and they said it is 45kg inclusive of student allowance. Whereas mmt said they will pay for 5kg which was a technical glitch.

                          As on today, qantas has processed 40kg + 5kg including student allowance due to which i am unable to claim 5kg student allowance. And mmt has denied to give 45kg as committed. This is a clear case of wrongly commitment and fraud on makemytrip's part as 45kg was committed to normal passenger on your website and no where it was mentioned it is including student allowance.

                          Moreover, i did call ritu today and she was very unprofessional, unethical in talking and was not ready to listen what i have been trying to explain. As soon as she completed her saying, she disconnected the call on the face. On calling her again, she choose to disconnect. Is this how the company treats customer? Is this really part of customer delight team? The behaviour and the tone on the last call was very rude which really hurt me as customer.

                          I really want someone to look into it as last 22 days from booking has been horrendous dealing with makemytrip and it's representative. I have attached all the required details for the initial scanning of the problem.

                            I have a company named as NIRMAL TEXIM PVT LTD.
                            i had booked hotel from mmtp and they charged me gst for all the bookings i made with references no as below-:

                            1. NH[protected]I PAID WITH GST: 4368INR)
                            2. NH[protected]I PAID WITH GST: 1392INR)
                            3. NH[protected]I PAID WITH GST: 1246INR)
                            4. DI1190538FN0W1 (I PAID WITH GST: 7237 INR)

                            the issue is mmtp they do not issue a gst invoice for the same where it should be specified gst amount for which they had charged me for the same.

                            i believe they are thief and want to eat gst money on their own and not issuing it to the client, i called them several times and their customer care representatives are confused.

                            before they said take that gst money from the hotelier and hotelier clearly denied that if mmtp is taking gst money then why would hotelier provide gst invoice to the customers which is fair from their end.

                            my question is if client is paying gst to mttp then why dont they give gst invoice specifying the amount on that.

                            secondly if a client forget to mention their company details and then the client give their detail by phone, so why they say that it cannot be added, if mmtp is a good company then the gst money they take from clients they have to give the invoice.

                            we are a corporate company and we take reimbursement of the gst invoice and mmtp is clearly stating with their behavior that they want to eat the gst money on their own.

                            i want a strict action against mmtp, so that in future they should have a lesson to not to cheat to any other client.

                            and we need our gst invoice from them on prior basis.

                              Tried Looting me by showing incorrect value in initial invoice and pending value in their website. No one bothered to call me but to

                              My booking ID - NL[protected]-B2C (reference complaint IDs[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] Guess what, I was promised on EMAIL COMMUNICATION that they will get back to me in 48 hours, but guess, they never reached out to me for the issue which i raised, they didnt bother to correct the issue, rather they called me for the money (which was 20K more than the original invoice, surprisingly i receive an email that since i didnt make the complete amount (which is 20K than as per original invoice )

                                Hi. I made a reservation to travel from banglore to cochin.

                                Bus details: bus operator pnr 23jqfncm booking id nu[protected]

                                The bus operator put me in bus and after 1 hrs of leaving starting pointthey said this is the wrong bus and dropped me on highway. I took uber and came back to agency and they said sorry, they cant do anything. I wasted around inr 700 for uber plus ticket charge of 2663. I need refund for this.

                                I sent email to makemytrip and they generated an automated email with a reference id[protected]. Stated will respond in 24 hrs. This was on jan 12th. Since then response for my reply emails.

                                  I have booked return ticket from make my trip ticket was booked by spice jet pnr no. Was t5z1jy for sg194on 3rd december 2017 amd-del[protected] &sg193 on 06.12.2017 del-amd[protected] booking id is nf [protected] amount chargd was inr 3197. My booking was cancelled on 03.12.2017. On enquery from spice jet they said they refunded the whole amount it is pending with make my trip. Why my said amount is not refunded back till date please reply immediately.

                                    On 10-th of january 2018 i have booked hotel at a non-refunadable rate in absolute hotel in paris. After contacting the hotel, they told me that mmt already contacted the hotel and the reservation is canceled by the hotel. The hotel staff explained to me that they work only with booking.com and expedia and never heard of mmt, and because they don't know you the reservation is canceled.
                                    I wrote to mmt support with reference id:[[protected]] and ask what is going on? They told me not worry, everything will be ok and they will e-mail me. Nothing!!! Nobody contacted me. I called mmt callcenter. I have around 10 calls with them. Everytime they tell me that will e-mail me, and then nothing. This is awful, to have canceled reservation and you to contact the agent, i think it should be the opposite. I spoke numerous time with the hotel, the reception manager sebastian is very cooperative, he escaleted the case to the gm of the hotel, then to the members of the board of the hotel group that owns the hotel - https://www.maranathahotels.com/fr. they told me there is availability, but mmt didn't sent them any money.
                                    The case is managed by aakash kori (Aakash. [protected]@makemytrip.com) from mmt. He also assures me that there will be no problem, but if there is a problem other hotel will be offered. But what a surprise, yesterday he wrote me that mmt canceles reservation to some operational issue and there is no suitable alternative to offer.
                                    I'm sorry, but makemytrip lies me. The hotel is still available for the same dates (05-12 feb 2018), everyone can check - https://www.absolutehotelparis.com/en/.
                                    The hotel is still available on mmt web site but for 6 nights (05-11 feb 2018). I talked again with aakash and informed him about the availability and also send him 3 alternative hotels with worst locations from mmt website.
                                    I can't believe this is happening!
                                    I want to confirm our booking as it was, or to be moved to alternative hotels!

I have booked a ticket for[protected]. I took all steps to call support, sent mail, tried unsuccessfully to the toll free numbers to cancel the ticket.
