Explanation: Dear sir, i had gone to motorola service center fot getting my mobile phone repaired. It's second SIM slot is not working leading me to phase critical issue. I had submitted it for 14 days but got no solution from this. Now whenever i visit service center they perform software update and reset device and return back to me for test runing the device.
Device has motherboard related issue which either require replacement of PCB or mobile device.Kindly look into the matter
It's right that we were 5 people and was ready to adjust but Make my trip support team was also okay with that and were trying to convince driver.
Later on, He denied duty and left. I was not offered any other cab even and there was no money refund which is not right. I had made full payment in advance considering your brand value and in response, i missed my office(full day leave), on airport for 4 hours waiting for your service.
I should get refund of money if i have not been provided service, simple.
