2. Mrs. Sudha & mr. Vijay goyal
3. Mrs. Indu & mr. R s kalani
4. Mrs. Asha & dr. J n daga
I would like to inform you that mrs. & dr. J n daga will not be able to come with us because mrs. Asha daga had lost her father few days back.

I will be happy if you can cancel the booking of mrs. Asha & dr. J n daga and refund the amount. The amount can be returned by rtgs in my bank account, details of which is as under:-

    I have had booked a ticket for amd-bom and bom-amd for 25th of oct from makemytrip. The airline was goair. On reaching airport, i got to know my ticket has been cancelled by goair as it has not received the payment from makemytrip. Makemytrip had confirmed my booking and pnr was also allotted. On calling makemytrip, they apologized and they assured me full refund for the same ticket. I could not travel by goair then.

    Till today, i have been trying to get the refund of 8891 rs. And whenever i call them, they repeat the same thing that it was a technical fault and it will take 72 hours from their side for processing the refund and nationalized bank will take 12 working days for crediting it to my bank account. This has happened 5 times with me.

    For your reference, i have attached snapshot of the e-mail i received from makemytrip on 8-12-17. The attendant was not ready to mail only but she did when i forced her to do.

    There is no option of communication except calling them. Even when you will visit their office in your city, they will just make you sit in a conference room and will get you a call connected to the same customer care.

    Endless loop!

    Pathetic service by makemytrip. Would never use it ever. Highly disappointed!

      I ordered an outstation cab from mmt from chandigarh to delhi.
      Upon arrival i told the driver that we will be getting off at two places in delhi rohini & rajouri, which he agreed on as we booked the cab for rajouri garden and rohini is just on the way as soon as you enter delhi.
      During the course of journey the following events happened.

      Date :27 dec 2017

      1. From the beginning he was talking n one phone and using the other phone to check his messages and other payments and all, despite of telling him so many times he refused to agree and aid if his calls are coming he will take them and he compromised the safety of all o[censored]s including two infants of 7 months each. He was also caught by chandigarh police for the same reason and also for jumping red light and he very cleverly again speeded despite the fact that police was chasing him in the car and he crossed chandigarh border and stopped the car and said to the police very confidently that he crossed the punjab signal and they should call the punjab police for the same and they left him and police told me to be careful with the guy.

      2. Then he said on the way that he will stop the car either in karnal or at murthal and that to his decided places, i had to raise my voice at him and tell him that we will stop where we want and not where he gets commission and free food, then he forcibly agreed and when we stoped in karnal we told him to have food he said he won't have here and will stop again in murthal, then i told him he can have here what he wants and we won't stop in murthal, then again he made faces and said ok.

      3. He also tried to avoid tolls in between and wanted to take long routes to avoid tolls and save money, i opposed the same as our booking was all inclusive of the tolls then why should he take long routes and in the dark time in cold evening when we have two infants with us again hampering our safety for his benefits. I had to literally be firm and said no to the same and then he went straight.

      4. After we reached karnal (Mid way) we also noticed that the car we were in was a private number instead of a commercial number, which is a illegal offense and they can't be doing the same running a private car on a commercial booking.

      5. As these things happened on the way after reaching delhi he said he will drop us only at one point which is not what we have decided and started screaming and our kids got scandalized of the situation and went num.
      This is worst trip i have ever had in my life as the trip generally takes about 4 hrs and it took us 8hrs because of this driver and the way he was driving and talking over the phone and all that mentioned above.

      I have narrated the same to the company as well with the reference id:[[protected]] and they have just said sorry and initiated a full refund, but apparently i want them to pay for the damages and harassment and mental torture caused to me and my family and to the kids who had to get down on the street but not to house as he refused to do the same and i had to arrange for the transport from rajouri garden to rohini and had take take all the stuff out on the street and then load again.
      They will have to pay for doing an illegal offense of running a private car on a commercial booking.
      They have to pay for compromising our safety with such drivers and pathetic vehicles.

      I am attaching videos and pictures in support of all what i said here and would request you to get me justice and compensation for harassment and illegalities happened here.

      I you would have read my complaint diligently you would realize that i am not talking here about the refund of 3528. That i have already received, but i mentioned the below in my complaint which i think you have missed .

      i need answers to all these questions, just tell me you refunding that amount justifies all the hardships i and my family have faced for this careless driver and if god forbid some incident would have happened then who would have been responsible for the same .

      I am seeking a compensation for all that if not i will not shy away from filling a case in consumer court as well .

        I received a couple of messages saying that i am eligible for a 60% discount on top hotels. Accordingly i tried booking a hotel in yercaud for two nights. To my surprise, the promised 60% discount was not available. Only the normal discounted tariff was shown. Though i tried calling the customer care numbers, the issue could not be sorted out.
        Can you please sort out the issue for me quickly, so that i can book for two nights before end of this month?

          My name is osman. I have made a booking on 19th dec for a holiday to munnar - thekkedy-alleppey and paid the entire amount in advance. After more than 20 days of booking and the last day prior to my flight, the customer support person is telling me hotels are not confirmed yet and they need some time. I dont understand how much time they need to confirm hotels.

          I had gone to their office in hyderabad and they provided me the printouts of tickets and hotel vouchers which says confirmed, but when i checked with the hotel they have said there is no booking.

          These people are giving all vague and false information to customers and charging the amount in advance. Whenever you call them they just say next day you will get a call and the vouchers and therr is no response from their end.

            Dear dir/mam,

            With above reference i booked ticket on 5th jan-2018 through make my trip app portal for upsrtc (Volvo ac lucknow to varanasi rs.882). My payment deducted successfully but ticket is not booked, already tried many time to make my trip regarding this issue via email and telephonic but they did not provide satisfied solution, even they did not take interest seriously about this case.
            Already sent 4 to 4 email along with reminder but they are showing very lazy and not any single satisfaction confirmation mail apart from system generated mail.
            4-days has gone completely but they did not provide a single response response regarding the payment refund issue.
            Please sir take this issue seriously and take action immediately...

              Booking id nc[protected]

              I had booked a cab for 11dec for 9am. Cab arriaved around 1 and half hour late. We were 5 and was ready to adjust. Even makemy trip support tried to convince driver but he didnot agreed and left. Make my trip did not sent another cab and didnot even refund my money rs. 2169/-. Even my jacket left in cab. Driver has not returned it

              Please be noted that as we have checked the complete details and found that you booked the cab for 4 people and you were trying to adjust 5 people for the cab, for which driver denied because of challan issue.
              Moreover as per vendor they denied for 5 people in 4 seater car.

              Hence we humbly regret that no refund is possible for the booking.

              It's right that we were 5 people and was ready to adjust but Make my trip support team was also okay with that and were trying to convince driver.

              Later on, He denied duty and left. I was not offered any other cab even and there was no money refund which is not right. I had made full payment in advance considering your brand value and in response, i missed my office(full day leave), on airport for 4 hours waiting for your service.

              I should get refund of money if i have not been provided service, simple.

                I had booked a hotel using makemytrip.com for my trip to bali. I had chosen one of the premium rooms (Called ocean room) for my stay but when i contacted the hotel for a casual verification, i was surprised to know that a lower grade room was booked in my name. I asked makemytrip to coordinate and rectify the error. But, they wasted more than one month dodging my calls and did never call me back. As a result when i reached bali, i had no option but to stay in that same hotel and pay another $120 to upgrade my room to the one i had initially wanted at the already paid price. Moreover, i got to know from the hotel that they received the booking from a third party – booking.com where it was clearly mentioned that allot rooms as per availability during check-in. I feel cheated by makemytrip and ended up paying such a high amount for a stay that could have been cheap if they had not messed up.

                  I was trying to call you from last 2 days but you people just making me fool and fraud with me, i am going to lodge an fir against you all and stop cheating with anyone and also refund my hole money.

                  I was booked one ticket on your portal 2nd of jan'2018. My amount has been deducted from my account 4516/- with the reference no - nf[protected]c01 at 4:35pm. I get one message from you people but i did not receive any single mail from your side. I think some problem in my phone so i reached at airport with this id on go air counter they told that they no booking such at.

                  They embarrassed me in front of anyone. Again i have paid them 6000/- them and book my ticket. And come to night around 12:15am.

                  I just want refund my money asap. And also what i feel inconvenience you need to

                    Recently i was traveling along with my family thru mmt with booking id nl[protected]. We faced many issues during our travel. Highlighting all
                    1. Pickup and drop facility from hotel was unavailable; we were forced to walk more than half a km distance from our hotel every time we had a pickup or drop. Hotel is located at very sloppy hills.
                    2. Missing sightseeing on 27th dec. ‘tiger hills’ due to delayed arrival of driver at 5am instead of 4am.
                    3. Even after escalating to customer support team for multiple times, they couldn’t arrange cab at hotel so, we carried our baggage for city transfer.
                    4. Another sightseeing ghoom monastery was skipped on 27th which transporter took us on 28th only upon reminding that the place cannot be covered if not covered that time as we had to transfer to different city same day.
                    5. Around 12:30pm on 28th dec, 2017, transporter dropped us ~5km far from our hotel central hill resort; saying here onwards other driver will come to serve you. We dialed customer care again and remained on call almost 3:30 hours to arrange a pickup for us. We did dropped several mails as well.in between we received calls from previous transporter demanding inr 900 to drop us hotel. After waiting for 2:30 hours with baggage at 3:00pm a rammed omni arrives for pickup without window glasses, seat belt and pathetic driver. Driver rashes us in high speed to hotel saying ‘hotel zinda pahuncha dunga’
                    6. On 28th also we missed all of our sightseeing. At 3:40pm, we addressed another issue. Different itenary was distributed among us and transporter. Transporter itenary had no sightseeing details for 28th. We again called customer care for sightseeing but they couldn’t arrange our sightseeing.
                    7. Hotel seems so far so good; on 29th morning we addressed that the room has damaged lock and as all other rooms are already booked, room cannot be changed. This lead to remain our room unlocked with baggage and other important things.

                      Hello Sir / Madam,

                      This is regarding refund o[censored]DF waived of by government of India.
                      I had made flight bookings for my parents from MakeMyTrip.com on 19 May for both side journey from Delhi to Goa with Booking IDs NF[protected] and NF[protected]Travel Date- To:7th December 2017 and from:14th Dec 2017). When I asked for UDF fees refund many times (almost followed up with them for more than a month) from MakeMyTrip before the travel date, it was informed that its can be processed once the travel is completed and I need to reconnect with MakeMytrip to get refund back.
                      Now after travel accomplished, I again started follow up (reference id[protected] with MakeMyTrip to get my refund back but in response I am consistently getting one reply “we would like to inform you that we have not received any information from the airlines for the udf refund. As soon as we receive any information regarding udf we will assist you with the same”, which suggest either they not taking this matter seriously with the airlines or they are not interested to provide the government refunded money to customer.
                      Also, I tried connecting with their helpline number many times but I was always directed to online portal. I was expecting to get at least a single call from makemytrip after having lot of follow-up but I did not receive any call from them.

                      Also, I called airlines customer care, I came to know from them that vendor (makemytrip) has to initial a process with them then only they can start refund.

                      As per government norms, UDF fees needs to be claimed in 45 days from the date of travel out of which 28 days are already gone.

                      Please check and get the UDF fees refunded.

                      All of sudden MakeMyTrip (customer care) wake-up from many days sleep, and replied to this complaint with "copied content" from previous emails.

                      MakeMyTrip need to understand that they should take customer issues on priority and do the necessary follow up with the airlines to get the UDF refunds (provided by government of India).

                      Here, I am requesting MMT again to do the follow-up with airlines and get refund with in the time constraint of 45 day from the travel date.

                      Again, got email from MakeMyTrip asking buying more time. MakeMyTrip also know they need to chase up with airlines within 45 days, else refunds won’t be process after that.

                      Many of travelers in same fight having Booking Id: NF[protected] already got refund in their account.

                      I don’t know why this is getting delay for other travelers. It seems MMT is want to give pain to their customers.

                      Today, I called Vistara and AirIndia airlines customer care, I came to know from airlines that MMT has not yet started the claim process with airlines. But In earlier emails MakeMyTrip assured me that "their team is constantly taking follow up with their concerned team and the revert is pending so they requested me to kindly co-operate with them".
                      MMT is making fool of customer, if not they should have involved the customers in their communications with airlines. I am sure they don't have answers to this as they have not started the claim process with airline.

                      I should say to MMT that please walk-up and do claim UDF refunds from airlines. Else limited lime will past.

                      MMT does not follow ethics of replying to customer queries on time. This request was escalated to level 4 on 16th December 2017 and higher authorities also did not took this on priorities.

                      Hey,

                      I wonder what we would have to do to get our money back from these cheats. They have failed to refund UDF for tickets booked through them for Air India flights.

                      Other than copy-pasted mails, they refuse to give an honest answer. It's hard to imagine a company of Makemytrip's repute stooping to this crude behavior.

                          Hello sir / madam,

                          This is regarding refund o[censored]df waived of by government of india. I have make a flight booking on 23 may for travel date of 7th december 2017 from delhi to goa for 2 travellers. Booking id is nf[protected]. When i asked for the udf fees refund on 11th september, i was informed that its can be refunded once the travel is completed and i need to connect with makemytrip again for it. So i have send my first email on 08-dec-2017 and since then i have already send almost 20 emails and continuously trying to contact them but all in vain. Even their helpline numbers divert you their online portals.

                          Even after sending so many emails, i havent received even a single call from them.

                          Makemytrip is saying that my travel parttner (Airvistara) needs to initiate the refund and they are continuously following up with vistara airlines and once they will receive it from vistara, they will refund back the amount to me.

                          I tried to contact vistara and was informed that they have already initiated the refund long back.

                          Now both of them are taking it on them and not responding to my emails properly with any concrete solution.
                          As per government norms, udf fees needs to be claimed in 45 days from the date of travel out of which 28 days are already gone.

                          Please check and get the udf fees refunded.

                            1. Property is different from the one booked

                            8. Also there was no documentation of check-in and check-out provided, even after asking for the same

                            After all the struggle i am ready for a compromise to be charged only for what has been provided. I have already waited for 1week now, after complaining and now i see makemytrip is cheating me by no response even thought i am calling them everyday

                              Hi,

                              It is one of the biggest service breach, fraud to the customer from makemytrip.com company. I booked ticket for my family (My parents, my brother's family and for my family) total 10 tickets, as system does not allow to book more than 9 tickets in one go, i booked it in two slots. First time 9 people and next one for me. Date of flight was 28th dec, 2017 delhi to udaipur via air india and 31st night return via indigo airlines. While we reached to udaipur airport on 31st night for our 7:20 p. M. Flight of indigo, the airlines ticket desk guy told me that my ticket is not displaying or showing in their system. I spoke to makemytrip customer care they told me to speak to indigo, i called indigo customer care and they told me to check with makemytrip as they did not received any payment. As time was running out and flight checkin process already started, i make multiple calls to makemytrip team and they did not able to resolve me issue and told me to book any available flight. As it is high time no ticket was available either on indigo or spicejet. As i can not hold my family to wait, they went to delhi and i was left behind without any hope of reaching delhi on 31st dec, 2017. It was huge mental agony, harassment to me as on 31st dec, 2017 (New year night) i was away from my family. What in so many years was not possible, makemytrip did it, kept me away from my family on 31st dec night. They did not even help me to arrange another ticket. I was left alone there. Though i paid more than rs.10000 for my tickets due to high season and even e-ticket is issued to me, still i was stranded alone at udaipur airport. I do not think anything bigger mistake than this. These companies extracting money from customer and exploiting them. Now they just want to return the money of my airticket. This is not worth of what i went through on 31st dec, 2017 night. I will never in my life book the ticket using makemytrip. I am also looking into the option how to bring them under some legal notice, so that other's can not suffer the way i did.

                                I informed make my trip through mail on 3rd december that i want gst invoice, but after series if follow ups, so many mails communication still after 27 days they have no provided gst invoice. Every time they say "please wait for 48 hrs, but still after 27 days no invoice provided.
                                I just fed up from make my trip service.
                                Even today they closed my previous refrence id no. And alot me new refrence id for the same issue. I dont know they are making fool of their customer or what.

                                  I have been trying to process udf refund for the below booking with makemytrip since july.

                                  Let me bring to your attention a few things.

                                  1. I first made the udf refund request on july 26th.
                                  2. The following reference ids/tickets were made subsequently:

                                  B.[protected]: august 23
                                  C.[protected]: nov 20
                                  D.[protected]: dec 6

                                  3. There were many telephonic exchanges as well as tweet requests with your customer care representatives. All of them assured of immediate resolution to the request, only to disappear soon afterwards with some paltry excuses.

                                  In december itself i have got 4 mails from mmt with not a word misplaced each seeking my patience for 14 days more. More than 150 days since my 1st request with them, all they can do is forward system generated mails. So much for "customer service".

                                    Made a travel on 25th november. While making the booking, i was being charged rs. 1590/- approx towards gst charges. However, the agency is not ready to issue the invoice at all. Have lodged complaints dated 27th november, 3rd december, 7th december, 12th december, 20th december. None have reverted back with the invoice and everytime they say they are working on it and will take 3 working days. I want to understand what are they exactly working on just to raise an invoice. I assume there are real big issues with the booking agencies with respect to gst compliance. Hope the issue is resolved at this stage or else will have to mark a mail next to gst seva.

                                      Hi, I am Dr Sajesh.I had booked a room for 3 nights in Baron zotel Bangkok for 10 Dec2017 via Makemytrip app and paid the amount online. Upon reaching the hotel at 5am morning 10Dec, Hotel staffs informed me that hotel did not receive any payment from MMT and my check in was cancelled. However I had no other option other than booking the same room again by making payment at hotel. Hotel staffs gave me a receipt and they mentioned in the receipt about mmt fraud transaction event.
                                      After arriving to India, I tried almost 7 or 8 times to MMT customer care and everytime they say that senior staff will coordinate and do needful . So far I never received any call from any senior staff of MMT and it's still unresolved. I need my money refunded and I want to file a case against MMT for insulting me in front of public at the hotel reception and torturing me through out the last 3 weeks. I have my booking I'd and copy of MMT assured booking .
