MakeMyTrip India — Refund Amount not credited yet in Bank Account via UPI

Due to COVID-19 Lockdown problem flight has been refunded directly from INDIGO Site on 16th Sep'2020. The detailed status is --

Booking for 3 passengers was cancelled. A refund of ₹ 2, 034 has been processed.

It takes 0-2 working days for refunds to reflect in UPI account.

But unfortunately till today i.e. 17/07/2021 refund amount of Rs2034/- has not been refunded in my Bank Account via my Google Pay UPI through which I have booked my Flight Ticket.initially through MakemyTrip Official Website.

Please do the needful so that I can get that Refund Amount. Due to COVID-19 Lockdown I lost my job. So please help me.
