MakeMyTrip India — Refund amount S2RKRV

I have to get a refund from indigo for tickets cancelled pnr no ...S2RKRV and have this mail from them...

Since I have booked tickets with make my trip, i an waiting for my refund since last few days. I am a senior citizen and hence dont want to be harassed.

Pl ensure I get the refund as mentioned by IndiGo
