I booked a flight ticket through MMT with indigo airlines. the flight ws cancelled by the airline, not by me As per DGCA guidelines, I am entitled to a full refund for an airline-initiated cancellation.
However, despite repeated follow-up I did not receive the full refund, only a partial refund has been credited, and the remaining amount is still pending. MakeMyTrip and the airline are passing responsibility to each other, causing unnecessary delay.
