MakeMyTrip India — Refund for extra payment

I booked an 8 hour rental cab in Bangalore, on 21st Aug 2025. I paid an advance amount of INR 711 at the time of booking, and had to pay INR 2464 as remaining amount at the end of the trip.

But the driver instead asked for INR 3844 at the end of the trip which I paid as I was getting late for my flight. I have been trying to reach MMT's customer service desk but apparently MMT doesn't allow customers to talk to a customer support desk via their toll free no, for this query and also doesn't give any option to resolve it as well on the mobile app.

I am looking for a refund of INR 1380.
